      MC does not have a savior complex. He is just a moral person who will help others when he can. There is an arc where MC gets emotional over his disciples but that's because he literally thinks of them as his children.

    I have theory as the story progress we seen the Righteousness of Mc evolve to the point of it being a whole identity but as the chapters go on it starts to become a savior complex, based off the newest chapters from what I have seen whenever he isn’t being tortured by true immortals or broken, he seems emotionless and indifferent like compared to the emotion shown at the beginning, I feel his savior complex has started to affect him to the point where I feel he subconsciously relies on it to stay human and if he doesn’t he will start to become like the true immortals he detest especially with his ability to temporarily rise his domain of consciousness and mind to a true immortals level and with the intense exposure to them he will sooner or later end up as powerful yet unhinged true immortal who has an intense madness similar to Mad lords and will end as the main villain or not mainly because cause it’s always been hinted that his comrades notice he’s been strange since Ascension path.
