Beware Of Chicken

Honestly a really good read. I enjoy the new approach on the cultivation trope while still keeping it entertaining and refreshing! Honestly recommend NOT binging this but instead taking it slow. Chapters update around every 1-2 months so it’s better to read then come back. Their are a lot of POVs and characters who’s names are hard to remember sometimes. Majority of the time tho you can just look em up and figure out who they are, if you forgot like i have a few times hahah. Although the action is barely there, it is done very well, in my opinion. Give it a try and if you like it, great! If not at least you tried to read it.

Very unique cultivation where the mc quit cultivation to become a famer and have a lot of enjoyable side stories and a lot of different characters that make you always want more , it one of the rare cultivation novel that tries to avoid common cultivation novel theme but in this novel the author actually succeeded and give us a very different path in cultivation novel where you just feel wholesome or invested in the thoughts of the characters so if you want a slice of life novel this is the best in the genre

I read a good bit of this novel, and it was some of the funniest sh*t I'd read in a while. It was a ton of fun and isn't really about cultivation in a "I'll defy the heavens and transcend" type way.

A Gem of a Novel which suceeds in being both Funny and at times Deep without feeling forced. Good Laughs guaranteed ! Might be awkward to get into it at first due to scene transitions without exclamation.

The story is about a man who detests conflict reincarnated in a world of cultivation. Unlike the usual cultivation novels this one if not filled with battle but about a man who had forsaken cultivation in order to live a quiet life.

This novel is criminally underrated. This is a hidden gem for sure. I'm not far into it but I've had a great laugh at a lot of parts. It's slow but it's a slice of life so slow is to be expected. Overall, great novel, easy 4 stars.

One of the hidden gems here. Every character is relevant, and the growth is a sight to behold. A cultivation novel which provides you with a different perspective from all those young masters and 9 generation clan eradication stuff. Honestly it has better fights (altho fights don't happen as frequently). Honestly a breath of fresh air and a relaxing read. Did I say it is a hidden gem?

Neatly Done There are many cultivation-type novel I have read, but this. . . this is different. Slice of life with cultivation and ik our mc is kinda softie but it doesnt matter cuz mc fit well in the story Yes truly love it, a very different novel. . than i normally read

It is a actually a really nice slice of live cultivation (in both ways) novel. I do recommend. Just a warning: It gets a bit less comedy and more serious over time. But overall a very wholesome experience.

My all time favorite novel. I would recommend this to anyone. It is a funny, relatable story, but can also be serious when it is appropriate.
