I give this novel 4 Stars. The story is good and simple, but it has some flaws. The first flaw is the slow pace. This almost made me drop it, but after +650 pages, the pace picks up. The second flaw is that some side characters and female characters aren't well-written, and their development is slow. Despite these flaws, I really enjoyed the novel. I recommend it to those who have patience, enjoy a bit of slice of life, b*tch slapping and an op mc. I hope my review/opinion helped you.

review as of chapter 1396 - 5. 5/10 - its a cultivation novel that mixes the modern world but not heavily, its unique in some aspects but is also very cliched with things like the reincarnation, unexplained luck and plot armour and a huge harem, the naive mc is enjoyable at first but takes too long to change, some parts of the novel drag out for far too long whilst others are rushed beyond belief, overall its an interesting story that's worth a read and can be engaging but dont hold out hope for a masterpiece or massive amounts of uniqueness.

The novel start off pretty great. However, it starts to fall off as the story progress with lots of arrogant young master, stupid one timer Gillian, face slapping. Gives me the same vibe as Martial Peak.

Overall, this novel is alright. There are many pros and cons. I think the strong points of this is the power development of the mc and the side characters making us reading it feel satisfied. This is one of the better cultivation novels i have read where its not entirely rinse and repeat and there is atleast somewhat of a determined plot line but this is also where it falls. The plot points inbetween often feel messy and it feels as if there is genuine growth for the main character due to a lack of a proper antagonist. This is mainly due to the fact that our mc is written in a way where he gets everything handed to him and the plot / plot armor never lets him lose. Not to mention the painfully slow growth of the mc and the outrageous amount of love interests he has due to every being female beauties. Either way it is a good read but imo not worthy of a rank 4

jumps from irl to online too much ruins the flow. the 18y old mc has the brain of an actual child. the mc never struggles in game. zero romance in the harem its all childish pecks on the forehead. up to 692 i dont think he feels anything but childish friendly love for all the women. its a bland power fantasy. im going to give the new realm a try but i feel like im dropping this

I really like the way this story is progressing it might be slow but it surely 8s entertaining the cultivation system is easy to understand and although the plot can be a bit confusing it makes up for all the badass kickass the MC does

It's an amazing cultivation novel. The characters and the concept is amazing. However, the development of the main character was very slow and currently its too fast. He goes from naive in 800 chapters to ruthless in 50 chapters

Well It's a good cultivation novel i have ever read and how the story progressing and it's character development are nice. It will be fun to see how the mysteries uncoiled in future. Truly hope it will get better in future.

I can say that it is quite beautiful. Although the character development of the main character is good, I cannot say the same for the girls in the harem. I deducted one point due to the slow pace and the side characters not being very good.

Trash story. It was good in the beginning, because it leveraged its strengths. The Mc was refreshing in his naivety. There was growth, worldbuilding, etc. The start was a solid 3/5. A delightful flavor amongst junk food. But then women were introduced, and he started playing music. Suddenly, progress halted entirely. Instead, we got uninspiring "prove why you're good" arcs, music competitions, and R-18 scenes. Instead of growing in game, we got slice of life moments where women pop up everywhere, filling up his life. By now, the story was drastically different from what we started with. I didn't like it. Finally, near chapter 600, Yuan finally got a character development moment. I thought: "Finally! He's actually going to change now!" But no. After returning to cultivation online, nothing changed. Women, women, women drama. I signed up for a cultivation novel, and left with a generic Japanese harem story, featuring a dense Mc surrounded by women. The journey wasn't worth it. 1 star ⭐
