“Director Fang, why are you calling?” Feng Yu was curious as Director Fang should not be calling to have a chat with him. Could it be that Iron-Fist Zhu wants to meet him?

“You are confident. Young men have more spirit than us.” The old man nodded.

“My confidence is from my ability. I am Chinese, and I have the support of the country and my engineers. If I still can’t achieve this goal, I might as well don’t start this business.” Feng Yu puffed out his chest and said proudly.

Our country’s industrial development is fast, but there are lots of hidden dangers. Many companies had reached the state where they must change themselves. It might be painful, but there are more benefits than flaws. The changes must be implemented fast! Also, we can learn from Japan and South Korea’s developments, which is to consolidate the companies’ resources and merge them to increase their competitiveness internationally…”

Feng Yu spoke for almost half an hour, and the Old Man asked about many details. The staff nearby used a pen voice recorder to record their conversation.

The Old Man was in a good mood and wants to smoke. But the staff stopped him.

He laughed and said. “I have no freedom at all. I can’t even have a smoke!”

Feng Yu quickly said. “Chairman, you should try to relax and enjoy life. You had contributed your whole life to the nation, and you should take a break. After Hong Kong’s return, I will invite you to visit my company there.”
