This novel is everything. This is the novel that introduced me to this site, really. It started (and is progressing) very will and the characters have some depth too. I can feel all the excitement and sadness (all the feels) that the characters and the story is supposed to portray. I'm even looking for other novels like this one but I haven't see yet. If you know some, please recommend to me. HIGHLYRECOMMEND!!!
its pretty good. yes the novel at start is pretty similar to debut or die but as it goes on the novel reveals far more depth than debut or die. there is an actual plot and the author focuses on all aspects of being an idol. iv heard some people complain that the MC is a pushover thug and that's just not true. the depth he has as a character is pretty good. Overall its a very good read and the comedy scenes in the novel are also pretty funny.
I read this because I find the title intriguing and I was looking for something that would make me feel thrilled, excited, and just good in general. And this novel didn't disappoint. I like the novel so much that it keep me awake for several nights, barely getting enough sleep. The story's so good that I don't wanna stop reading it. I've trade getting enough sleep for this. So sad that I caught up to the latest chapter. Anyway , I recommend reading this.
BEST SHOWBIZ novel. Like it will make you laugh and create suspense. It is extremely good. The story never gets boring and y'all will definitely enjoy it.
Started off well and was starting to enjoy it, has good humour, but it gets repetitive really quick. It also frustrating how everything the MC does has all the bad consequences possible while the others don't have any so you just have to shut your brain up and go with the flow but it's just not entertaining anymore with no point to continue
I'm gonna be honest i really love this story. the plot is a bit predictable at times, but it's miles better than a lot of the other stories i've read
It's good. As someone who hadnt really listened to kpop, I was contemplating whether to read this or not but I'm glad I did. This the type of fun fluff novel you can read in your downtime and have fun reading it. The plot while sometimes predictable is still good. Not a masterpiece in any way but def abv avg.
This is some f*ck*ng b*llsh*t, too f*ck*ng repetitive, as of chapter 238. June got upper hand then suddenly he got cornered like a lost child and then f*ck*ng win again, bs story line and "gangster" is not doing any sh*t, just being humiliated and even after being in a new body, his "Genius Protagonist" is really an intellectual of a child 😮💨😔
I like this story. To be honest, this is my first Showbiz story and I already like it, the writing style is good, but I don't like the drama in this novel a little, it feels like repeated. But the description of the stage really made me like it, very detailed and emotional. Overall it's good, btw I'm still on chapter 230 i and hope the story gets better, even though it's actually good. *Sorry, my English is bad.
Ch 230 review: This story is a rags to riches reborn as an idol story following June. I know lots of people were saying that this was similar but worse than debut or die, but I’ve not read that story so this is just gonna be a review of this story without any outside influence. Now in my opinion, I really enjoyed reading this. There are some darker, more disgusting elements to this book but each mission is very emotionally impactful and it’s one of the best aspects of the story so far. Similarly, the emotional aspects can hit really hard at times. However, the opposite can also be argued for. It feels like some of the characters, especially the antagonists, are less well written. They don’t seem to gain any character development, and all of them are pretty similar, mainly being narcissistic, arrogant, with fragile egos. The plot is also a bit repetitive, but with how emotionally charged certain scenes are it doesn’t take away too much from the quality of the story. Besides that thought, the story is very enjoyable to read. If you like idol stories about overcoming the odds then this would probably be for you, but if you’re looking for intricate plots with multi-faceted, multi-dimensional characters then this story probably isn’t for you.
