Chapter 1189: Ridiculous Way to Fight

"Destruction Embodiment."

The Vampire Goddess dropped her jaw, not believing what just happened. She quickly summoned the bats again and controlled them in all directions.

Raiju narrowed his eyes and saw the bats moving two big asteroids from both sides. If he were hit by these two, he might end up with some broken bones.

Yet, when he saw these two, Raiju didn't have the intention of avoiding them. Instead, he appeared to be disappointed as if this wasn't a challenge. At the same time, he didn't even use his fist to stop them.

"Is this all you got?" Raiju shook his head helplessly and raised both hands, pointing his forefingers at the asteroids. When it was about to hit him, they would hit his fingers first.

However, it was also at that time, the Power of Destruction appeared and shocked the universe.

"Omni Destruction."

Suddenly, the right asteroid was split into two, going sideways. The split might not look clean like it was cut by a sword, but it was still impossible for someone to destroy that huge asteroid with a finger alone. At the same time, the left asteroid was also destroyed into two, going above and below to avoid any collision.

The four parts finally passed him with Raiju at the very center of the asteroids. He simply maintained his calm and waited until they disappeared from his eyes.

"!!!" The Vampire Goddess widened her eyes in shock. "You… You…"

Raiju smirked. "My Destruction Embodiment allows me to become the destruction itself. And the more I destroy something, the stronger I become. And after understanding this power, I have realized something different.

"I've been too focused on my destruction force that forces something to shatter into pieces. However, Destruction comes in many forms. I can control my Power of Destruction to form a single line to concentrate my target like what I did earlier."

"!!!" The Vampire Goddess drew a gasp as she noticed something wrong in his statement. "Wait a minute, did you say you can get stronger when you destroy something? Then, doesn't it mean—"

Before she finished, Raiju smirked and continued, "That's right. I need to thank you for summoning so many bats and sending me asteroids. You've given me the opportunity to be this strong. As a thank you, I will destroy your body to the very atom."

"No!" The Vampire Goddess shouted, unwilling to accept that she was used by the God of Destruction, the one who was known as a muscle brain.

Raiju ignored her and said, "This kind of power will probably not bring me enough benefit if I fight against another person. But because you're my opponent, I feel like I can do anything I want right now."

He then raised his hands, channeling his Power of Destruction toward her. If it were before, Raiju would probably spread it to all directions to wipe all the Blood Mist. However, the current him only released a horizontal wave of Destruction, swiping through the Blood Mist.

"No!" The Vampire Goddess gritted her teeth and dodged the wave, but her Blood Mist was indeed cut into two.

Seeing that the other party was scared of his power, Raiju then created a vertical wave of Destruction that cut the Blood Mist that hid her into two before it spread like a virus, decaying all the Blood Mist.

This cleared all the barriers that protected her body, so Raiju flew straight at her while covering his fist with the Power of Destruction.

"Fist of Destruction."

"No, I won't let you!" The Vampire Goddess controlled the Blood Particles that she spread to make the mist. In other words, she controlled the mist itself to go up to cover her.

He couldn't afford to have the vampire Goddess get a good time in her new home, so he channeled even more Power of Destruction and injected them into the Blood Mist before it began decaying.

Not wanting to get caught by that power, the Vampire Goddess reluctantly let the Blood Mist go.

Raiju finally charged toward her. "Now, let's fight, shall we?"

When she saw Raiju's improvement, she gritted her teeth before her eyes started glowing, releasing another kind of power that was more dangerous than the bat.

Raiju struck forth with his fist while the Vampire Goddess seemed to be planning to stop the attack with her bare hand, despite knowing that her hand would vanish without a trace due to Raiju's power.

Yet, the next thing he realized, Raiju found himself getting blown away. "What?!"

The Vampire Goddess snorted, revealing her glowing red eyes. "Do you think summoning bats and using the bats' blood are my specialty? No, my real power is related to telekinesis."

She then waved her hands a few times.

Raiju then realized so many asteroids were coming toward him, planning to lock him again. Because every destruction he caused would give him strength, Raiju destroyed them gratefully.

Suddenly, a big asteroid flew straight to him while the rest only moved due to the momentum. This meant the Vampire Goddess actually focused on this rock.

Feeling he was invincible in this condition, he jumped forward and struck the asteroid.

The Vampire Goddess evilly smiled and used her telekinesis again to restrain his movement, stopping his motion until the asteroid hit him.

Still, as expected from the Power of Destruction, it evaporated the rock at a speed visible with naked eyes. The Vampire Goddess increased the speed of the asteroid, so the stone hit him first before he could destroy it.

"Kh!" Raiju gritted his teeth and felt the weight of the stone and quickly destroyed the stone in the middle right before he hit another asteroid. However, since there was nothing left in the middle, the top and bottom then joined together and squeezed him like a burger.

"No!" Raiju released all his energy and decayed at an even faster rate.

After noticing that the stones wouldn't hold him back anymore, the Vampire Goddess leaped and searched for a new target.

"This restriction should just go away!" Raiju roared and used his Power of Destruction to decay the mysterious power that bound him.

The Vampire Goddess quickly reinforced her telekinesis to stop his movement, but the latter managed to destroy it right before she controlled him.

"What?!"

"Hahaha, as expected, I can destroy it right after you summon them." Raiju laughed after rendering his opponent's power useless.

"Since you want to die this much, then how about you take this?" The Vampire Goddess released the blood power she planted on him when sending those bats earlier.

"!!!" Raiju felt something stirred up inside his body before spikes came out of his body, creating many holes. "Kh!"

He managed to protect his vitals, but the blood kept bleeding through the holes in his body. He quickly stopped the blood flow around there to prevent them from coming out. It wouldn't be a good idea to die because of blood loss anyway.

The Vampire Goddess took advantage of this opportunity she created and charged at him. When she arrived before him, she clapped her hand and forced the Spiritual Energy to squeeze him to death.

"Gah!" Raiju spat a mouthful of blood and the wounds bled again. He gritted his teeth and used his Power of Destruction to decay the Spiritual Energy around him.

Just like the Blood Mist earlier, he spread his Power of Destruction all over the place before grabbing her hand. "I've got you!"

The Vampire Goddess widened her eyes and used her power again. Suddenly, she felt a jolt in her mind as if she had failed to control the Spiritual Energy.

She then looked around and gasped, "You… Your Power can even decay the purest form of energy?!"

Her answer came in the form of a grin.

With her hand grasped by Raiju, there was no way she could escape.

Raiju didn't want to do something meaningless, so he quickly obliterated the Vampire Goddess's head until everything splattered and vanished without a trace.

Surprisingly, the Vampire Goddess still regenerated even though her head wasn't there. She even grabbed back Raiju's hand and released her Blood Power and created more spikes on his hand, moving toward the elbow and ultimately reaching the body.

He didn't want it to happen again, so Raiju quickly pierced her stomach and spread the Power of Destruction throughout her body from the center to progress evenly.

As one would expect, the Vampire Goddess still managed to regenerate at fast speed, trying to outdo his speed while summoning the spikes on his arm.

Their battle went in a ridiculous direction because everything came to their endurance and speed.

Raiju kept pouring his power, creating a hole in her stomach and expanding continuously. Meanwhile, the Vampire Goddess managed to reach his elbow.

"Ha!" Raiju poured all the power he could while trying to slow down her progress.

"You're going to die!" The Vampire Goddess didn't want to lose and glare at him.

"No, you're going to die!" The Vampire Goddess didn't like it and shouted back.

When she reached his shoulder, she felt happy because she could stab his heart soon. However, her power suddenly decreased uncontrollably before she realized her body was almost gone. "Wha—"

"No, you're dead." Raiju snorted and destroyed her with his power until she was reduced to the very atom.

"No! I won't die!" The Vampire Goddess screamed painfully as she vanished without a trace.

Raiju ignored her scream, even though she said something controversial, and thought of another thing. "Well, I have gotten stronger. After learning about the past generation of the God Kings, I think I can officially claim I have reached their level…"

He paused for a minute before shaking his head. "I don't know yet. I need Alaya to confirm this power. Though, I have a fifty percent probability of destroying a Lower World. Should I test my power? Hmm…"

After contemplating for a few seconds, Raiju decided to throw away that thought and believed today was not the time to do something like this. Since he had half of Divine Energy left in his body, he had another thought.

"I should help the others instead. I wonder if they have finished their fight or not… Considering we're obligated to finish the battle as soon as possible to avoid anything that will disrupt Spirit God's fight, we all go out right away. If not, I can even prolong this fight for more than twenty hours…" Raiju sighed. "I should probably help other God Kings that are focusing on the Bats instead of their pets since each of them needs to face two God Kings from our side.

"If possible, I would like to see Spirit God's strength and the disparity between him and me. I should've accepted the sparring with him, but I guess it can be done after this war." Raiju smiled and took a pill to recover his physical injuries first. "Anyway, time to recover. I should be able to rejoin the fight in ten minutes."
