Summary

    This story feels good reading it. Troubling part is it's author, still thinking about next part. Last year I check it was 1622, still it is same. Same on you. Declared it as complete on status. If you can't complete just handover to someone else. You are not making anything marvelous. If you like to get a few hints look for story like super gene, return of mount hua sect (ongoing with minimum 7 chapters a week), library of heaven's path etc. Learn from them if needed. Just complete this story.

      It's not the novel itself, it's the translation that stopped. The raws were at 4k+ chapters last time I checked and I assume by now the novel in the raws is already completed. It's not easy translating Chinese as most paragraphs have to be almost completely rebuilt to english or it barely makes sense. For a novel that barely gets any views it's just not worth it, even less for someone to pick up where another translator stopped. I've read this with mtl after the translation stopped because I feel into the sunk cost fallacy haha So if you want to read more that's an option, although not a good one

    Okay, so this is not a good novel. There's so much plot holes all over the place that if you're really up to reading it for the sake of the guilty pleasure of repetitive xianxia plot, then you're gonna have to turn off your brain. Firstly, the power system is so confusing. Xianxias tend to hide the higher heavens behind a heaven above the sky and the sky atop the mountains for the sake of an ever expanding world building. This novel does that too but in a world where mountains and heavens are all twisted and turned over each other. Sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker. It's a real mess honestly. Secondly, the MC has a peanut of a brain. He's done things that made things worse because he chose to solve a problem with even more problems. The romance in this novel is so badly developed and rushed that most of the characters I've encountered felt like cardboard. The syntax and grammar is also either basic or straight up trash. Overall Rating: 2.3/5.0
