Chapter 615: Are You Learning How to Cook?

Su Qianxun could smell the aroma of food the moment she walked out of the bedroom. This made the apartment, which had a minimalistic design, feel more cosy.

She glanced at the man beside her and walked into the dining hall together with him. She asked in disbelief as she gazed at the simple dishes on the dining table, “Did you make all this?”

“Hm.” Long Sijue dragged her to a chair and sat her down a little awkwardly. He then took a seat opposite her.

“Are you… learning how to cook?” Su Qianxun picked up a pair of chopsticks and gazed at the two plates of stir-fried vegetables as well as the plate of steamed fish before her.

“Just eat up! What’s with all this nonsense!” Long Sijue grabbed some vegetables and placed it in her bowl. He then grabbed some meat from the steamed fish, placed it in his bowl and started removing the bones.

Su Qianxun’s gaze fell upon his hand. She finally knew why his hand had been covered in numerous plasters for the past few days. His hand seemed to have been scalded too. It turned out that he was learning how to cook.

She suddenly felt very touched as she stared at the two plates of stir-fried vegetables and the plate of steamed fish before her. As she was worried that she would lose her composure, she lowered her head and started eating the vegetables in her bowl.

She knew that he mostly cooked vegetables because he was worried that she was still unable to stomach meat.

After Long Sijue removed the bones from the slice of fish in his bowl, he placed it in Su Qianxun’s bowl. “Since you can’t take meat, you should eat some fish as a replacement. Don’t get even skinnier, alright?”

When Su Qianxun heard this, she felt a lump in her throat. Her eyes were also starting to redden. She hummed softly in acknowledgement and placed some vegetables in his bowl too.

Long Sijue fixed his gaze on her for a moment. He then lowered his head and started eating. None of them spoke a word, but the atmosphere was tremendously lovely.

After they finished dinner, Long Sijue’s cell phone started ringing. He rose and walked away to answer the call. Su Qianxun gathered the bowls and chopsticks and carried them to the kitchen to wash them. After she was done, she decided to watch television for a while because she was bored.

Her professor had mentioned that by watching movies in which seniors in the industry acted, performing arts students would be able to become better actors.

Su Qianxun suddenly realized that for more than two years, she had never sat down properly to watch a television show. She had been busy everyday. She was busy working part-time, sending her younger brother to the hospital, going for classes…

She walked to the living room, grabbed the remote control and turned on the television. The young woman was looking for an interesting show to watch when an 18SX scene appeared on the screen.

Because of how shocked she was, Su Qianxun did not even think to turn off the television. Very soon, obscene sighs and moans echoed throughout the living room. She immediately regained her senses and tried to turn off the television. However, she failed to turn it off even after pressing the power button on the remote control a few times. The remote control seemed to have stopped working.

She was almost going crazy. In the end, the young woman merely tossed the remote control aside, turned and ran into her room.

Upon hearing these sounds, Long Sijue walked into the living room. When he saw what was on the television screen, his expression immediately turned dark. He did not want his little thing to be sullied by the sight of such a scene at all.

He immediately turned off the television. He then turned and headed to the bedroom.

Upon opening the door, Long Sijue saw that Su Qianxun had wrapped herself up in the blanket like a burrito.

As Su Qianxun listened to the approaching footsteps, she could barely breathe. Even though she only saw a few seconds of the scene, what she had seen was engraved deeply into her mind like a sear.

Long Sijue pulled the blanket away. She immediately said, “I really didn’t see anything. I swear that I didn’t see that guy’s private part!”

Long Sijue was about to lecture her, but when he saw how embarrassed and flustered she was, he suddenly felt like teasing her. “His d*ck was in the woman’s body. Of course you didn’t see it!”

Su Qianxun was speechless.

“Be obedient. Why don’t we… give it a try too?”

As Long Sijue spoke, he lowered his head and brought his lips to hers. He had been restraining himself from doing anything s*xual to her for the past few days as he did not want her injury to worsen. She had already recovered after recuperating for a few days, and he could finally devour her again.
