Bernard’s voice became icy cold. He turned his head abruptly and said, “But you can’t bring outsiders to East Sea Metropolis for vengeance. Who gave you permission for such audacity?”

Diablo remained silent. All metal parts within a range of a hundred meters were quaking. The metal microparticles also started to accumulate.
