    Have come to really love this novel. Must have read it at least 4 times over counting the mtl. It's just so unique and started my obsession with calm and intelligent mc's who do what have to be done and avoid trouble. Highly recommended to anyone who's wondering whether or not to read.

    Enjoyable read and the slow pace is quite relaxing. I'm not a huge fan of the MC tho, he is so focused on cultivating he is neither righteous or evil and even the connections to his friends are very shallow. MC almost feels like a robot at times. Good read tho 7/10.

      First reason for his connection with his friend is swallow Bc of his long lifespan, they are going to die so It is better not get too emotionally involved. Second reason is, mc is treating this life has just a stepping stone, he just want to reach nascent soul realm and unlock his golden finger secret.

        Ik bro, I agree the MC actions are logical to achieve his goal. I just prefer characters who have more attachments to life other than there end goal. For me it adds depth to there character. Mainly because when they finally reach immortality it's like they have nothing to live for. I actually think that would make a good story. A life about an immortal who is depressed because has no goals to chase anymore or personal attachments.

    Honestly, I was reading this novel with low expectation. Am in ch 39 now So far this book have been peak like (Mysteries of Immortal Puppet Master) Only thing I could say i hate is that mc sometime do thing he doesn't need to do Like when he kicked the rat from no reason at all And it drives me crazy bro.

    I really liked this. This novel and the guy with the bull companion is one of my top favourites. If anyone know any similar pleasee lmk 🙏. I just want an mc who enjoys life with a lil skirmishes here and there but generally just chilling.

    This is awesome. But couldn't wait for the update... I'm caught up with raws. I just let google do the translating, and honestly, the translation of google is not bad. Just a few mental adjustments like lanchangan to luchangan. The raw currently is at chapter 446. I read at piaotia. com
