Chapter 54: now this is downright confusing. Spoiler AlertShe has a demon (metaphorical) dwelling inside her but she had to use a letter to escape the twins in the og work. Also I suspected she wasn't cute and innocent but I thought that it might be similar to the villainess' pet in which the person who raised the og heroine was a transmigrator who read the book and as a result corrupted the heroine. I thought that was the case with madam ophelia but it seems like it was something different. My only question is how did the og novel not touch upon a single interaction with madam ophelia in its 100+ chapter run before it stopped getting updated. Seems like the kinda plot point you sprinkle along the way for the final reveal.
