The royal bastard of House Vasquer, Argrave, has changed after his stay studying magic at the Tower of the Gray Owl. The sickly man’s awkward posture and cruel behavior have been replaced with a neat dignity and acerbic wit. His listless life has found a path of undeniable purpose. Most come away thinking he seems to know too many details about too much. Few can claim to know his motives or his goals.
Behind the scenes, though, the primary contributor for an open-world RPG’s wiki battles existential dread and things far beyond his ken as he struggles to adapt to a grim, gothic fantasy world that he had the misfortune to claim as his favorite game. This is his tale.
#####What to expect from this story#####
This piece is a high-fantasy style story, featuring many of the species and surroundings one might expect to find in such a world. The cultures are original and well-developed, with the primary setting being a European-style feudal society. Warfare, fell beasts, and natural disasters are commonplace in Berendar, and take the center of many plots. The protagonist is a smooth-talker, but the world does not exist for him; he must struggle to gain power.

Gota reread this I took a year long brake can't remember sh*t
wth. It ended? I thought it would at least 1000 chapters...lol Well, I have been stacking for almost an year or more...since chapter 387. Time to binge I guess.
Was waiting for it to reach 1000 chapters or something, didn't expect to return and find it was finished
checked on the authors patreon and chapter 709 is the last chapter except for a few epilogue chapters, so the full story should be on here soon.
I've only been hearing good things about this novel. Imma take a taste.
I fully recommend reading this story. It's not perfect, none of them are, but it's a very good read overall. The romance is slowly built, the strategies and political movements of that world are a pleasure to read, and the world-building feels natural and Good.
Can I expect little romance or nah?
If you are reading this comment and thinking about giving this novel a try, I highly recommend you do, this story has everything that you need. Progress, humor, lovely relationship, building a kingdom, struggles, magic, history, science fiction, vengeance, sacrifices for the greater good and emotional turmoil. The story starts somewhat slow, the MC has one thing going on for him, and it is his knowledge of what's to come, and he will use it to build himself up.

Mc speaks just the way I would expect those snobbish British nobles would.
I'm tempted to read it by the comments, but I don't really like comedy, could someone tell me if there is a lot comedy on this novel and how is the mc personality.
