Mc build his army and made his men strong, and after he showed his power everyone thinks he is from a strong sect nobody thinks he did it himself. . . he did many things but the public and the family believe its someone else and the fact that our mc got compared every single fucking time with a stronger enemy is annoying because he wont compared with the weaker one it just feels like our mc is weak because every time he got compared shows how weak he is. . . but he is a actually strong compared to the rest of the world but not compared. . imagine he let a weaker assassin escape XD If He meet a stronger guy he is instanly scared and doesnt dare to do anything against him and if he meet someone stronger personaly he becomes instanly a bootlicker. . meanwhile the other party doesnt respect him at all. . . enemy: mocking, laughing, doesnt take mc seriously and hit his family. . mc answer: Calm down sir, im feeling honored, thank you very much, you are to kind bla bla so hard Triggerd

it's really annoying when the mc's thoughts and the mc's statements both use the " " because you only realize too late that they are thoughts instead of statements. that means if his thoughts occur between conversations it completely destroys the mood and flow. it's better just when it go for statements= " " thoughts = ' '

Can't agree enough! The reason " " Those are called speech marks is because they literally mean everything enclosed is spoken aloud so when a translator uses them for thoughts it gets really confusing. Like. . . 'he just said that! Aloud! WTF!' Either put thoughts in single ' ', or in italics, inside [ ] or even * * . . . anything is better just DON'T USE SPEECH MARKS! Oh. . . also, although enclosing onamatapaea is borderline ok, if you're adding a sound effect word, like 'sniff', 'gasp' or 'gulp' then put it outside the speech marks or it means that he literally said the word "sniff", "gasp"or "gulp" not that he sniffed, gasped or gulped. which is funny the first time. . . but quickly gets annoying. Edit: sorry about the rant, got triggered, btw this is a note for translators in general, not specifically directed at this book which i haven't read yet *ooops*

This reminds me of otherworldly evil monarch, but between which two is better, I honestly have no answer I can give.

Chapter 21 crossing over results in impeccable memory? I wish. With my memory, in a conversation that lasts for five minutes, I'd have already forgotten the first minute and a half already.

Chapter 5 tbh, chapter 5 was enjoyable, I just hated chapter 4 and 3 for reasons unknown, Im thankful for these authors notes as well.

Damn, authors nowadays really do think that the new meta of the year is MC's associating their new environments with that of web novels.
