    wow finished this novel of 1328ch and i must say i enjoyed the story very much.The ending was good.The death hit really.The charachter development it fantastic.The side charachters fantastic as well.i have only a few minor problems that are with the highest world or with the evolutions that just finished at the immortal rank,but well minor problems. but all in all a 9,5/10.

    I finished reading this and I have to say skye ferris mortis and economistress deaths hit hard also no mention of orpheus in the end wtf.

    To New Readers, Lightning is the only way is the First book of the Author. The Second Book of the author is Sword God in a world of magic,where the name of the mc is Shang,whose name you'll see in every chapter's comment section. Most of the people came to this novel after Sword god so you'll see people comparing both in every chapter comments. So this is just to let the new readers know that you might come across some spoilers of Sword god,and also people comparing both characters. Just try to ignore them and enjoy the story. Both books are very good and different from the usual xianxia cliches. Just remember that art is subjective,some things others like that you may not,and vice versa.

    I swear to god bruh every chapter have the same comments about shang this shang that,sword god etc. Please stop spoiling both novels for other readers. Also stop comparing both the characters,they're meant to show different approach to the same goal.

    I heard that it will be a romance around Ch700. Guys, I'm at Ch725 just before he goes to the higher world. so, is the sh*tty romance will be at the higher world? guys the arc will be ruined??

      I'm an avid Anti-Romance person (having completed a total of 4 books that had Romance. This being 1 of them) And I can confidently say, just continue reading. 🤷‍♂️ If anything to do with the FL is boring you, just speed read through it. She's only in like 5-15% iirc (mainly during high-world) and due to the time scale of what's happening, and everything mostly focusing on Gravis, she doesn't really pop up much. Plus, she's also not like, dead weight and stuff lol.

    I found the wrong book can someone help the story starts with somebody creating a character and then becomes the character. Mc uses lighting abilities and starts out in a world that was rigged by a higher existence to harvest cultivators who attempt to ascend. He gets a system but the system is damaged. Its completed.

      this novel becomes enjoyable and after some time you will start liking it a lot but towards the end it just starts getting unreadable that's why I dropped it after a little more than 1000 chapters in
