Ichiro looked at the scene with fascination.

The female avatar looked gently towards the kid, but then she felt a gaze on her.

She turned her head and looked straight at Ichiro.

She looked shocked at first because rarely do any players come here.

''Who are you?'' She asked, her tone instantly was shy, she rarely comes in contact with any player.

''Ah...'' Ichiro was brought out of his thoughts and he slightly panicked because it was his first conversation with another player.

She kept looking at Ichiro, waiting for his answer.

The female avatar stopped, she turned her head and looked at Ichiro.

''W... Why did you treat them like they were humans?'' Ichiro asked, he was very curious.

She thought for a moment and decided to answer, she sat down on the bench.

Ichiro walked a little bit closer and waited for her answer.

''What do you think about this game?'' She asked.

Ichiro thought for a moment, before answering. ''Magical.''

''Indeed, it is Magical, but we the players are only visitors in this world while the so-called NPC's are true residents.''

''But isn't this just a game?'' Ichiro asked with curiosity.

The female avatar looked at Ichiro's figure. ''Have you not seen it? The NPC's feel so real, they can talk to you normally like you are talking with another player or human. How is that possible without NPC's having even slight Artificial Intelligence?''

''There have been rumors of this game's NPC's having first Artificial Intelligence, but there haven't been many proofs, but the way NPC's are acting... They can evolve, they can live their lives however they want, they aren't connected to anything. They are like... Humans.''

Ichiro looked thoughtful while looking at the female avatar sitting on the bench.

And he saw that he has only killed monsters.

The female avatar nodded but was still not trusting fully, especially since most of the players want to try to kill an NPC for a test.

But then she remember how she talked about the NPC's.

'Ahhh! So embarrassing! I always get enthusiastic while talking about them!' In the real-life, she blushed heavily out of embarrassment.

Ichiro not knowing anything about her embarrassment decided to ask. ''Why are you playing this game?''

The female avatar trembled for a moment, she kept thinking that should she answer or not.

''It's fine if you don't want to talk about it,'' Ichiro said immediately after seeing her conflicted look.

It seems that he hit her sore spot.

'Why did I even ask, she is completely random and I must look like a creep right now.' Ichiro started hitting his head in real life to get rid of his stupidity.

''It's fine...'' Ichiro stopped hitting his head after hearing the female avatar's words.

She continued a few moments later. ''I started playing because I hoped that I would become wealthy in the game and transfer the money to real-life... I have a mother who is sick, she might never wake up and the operation which would make her healthy again... Is very expensive.'' Her tone was filled with sadness.
