    Currently at 391, and I must say, I've grown tired of the "Brother" honorifics. Every chinese novel I read, these types of honorifics are my biggest pet peeve. The "Call me Brother/Big Brother/Sister/Big Sister" thing irks me a lot. The other thing is the used up "fatty" comic relief character. I've read numerous novels with a "fatty" as a side kick that serves some overused comedic stereotype like I'm tired of that. Just delete that character, it's nothing more than a burden, literally. Such a character is so insignificant that I find its inclusion to be quite confusing. And the MC, and this is just a personal preference but, can he not advertise his capabilities? Although this is a bit of an exaggeration but I really do want the MC to stop explaining or confirming anything remotely related to him, his skills, and other stuff to anyone. I would prefer it if he keeps it hidden, and in the event that he has to reveal some of it, at least use some misdirection to mask or conceal it.

      If most of the CN writers do not add extra, unless side characters the chapters of the story won't exceed 2000+.

        Not to mention the incessant random characters who always have something to say. Each event in the story, there is always the commentary of "extras". Some even take offense in every little thing the mc says or does just for the purpose of inciting conflict. And they always coincidentally knowledgeable and informed about every aspect of the plot, from history, to info of side characters. Like they are always present! They are always there to coincidentally "witness" all the action of the MC. But if you remove all of this, not to mention 2000, even a 1000 chapters would be a challenge to produce.

    It's a good i will recommend it. MC get stronger with his monters with interesting plotline...but updates were not fast though... Well, one of the novels i like...

    Sorry if this is a dumb question, but why exactly is it called a Goldfinger? I tried looking up the translation description on Google, but kept coming up with nothing but Bond references. Much appreciated if someone could help me out with where this comes from/ the translation or some basic history. Thanks!

      Idk the origin of that term but it appear in most of CN web novels I have read and literally mean cheating device; it can be system, unique abilities that no one has, a grandpa in a ring, mysterious book, etc.

    I hate that his second life seed is normal when he could have found a mutated one at other fortress of Vile Marionette. Why did he rush it?!?!

      Was it when MC and fatty went outing together? First of all, it wasn't that easy to find mutated monsters in low-level wild zone. Second, there were only four places, three of which has been wiped out by the robber guy. Obtaining a mutated one in one of the places where that particular monsters appear was already considered lucky enough. Lastly, he didn't purposely to hunt a mutated one from the beginning.
