This story follows a familiar plotline that revolves around a seemingly unremarkable MC transforming into a brilliant genius. It's understandable to feel fatigued by the repetitive nature of this narrative structure, as the outcome becomes predictable. Allow me to provide an overview of the plot you mentioned to illustrate this predictability. The story begins with the MC, a talented doctor and assassin from the 21st century, meeting an unfortunate demise. However, they are then reincarnated into the body of a lowly princess or young girl from a wretched family. Determined to rise above their circumstances and seek vengeance, the MC embarks on a journey of strength and growth. Along the way, they break off an engagement with an arrogant prince or similar character, eliciting awe from those around them. The narrative further unfolds with a series of face-slapping moments, where the MC triumphs over jealous and unreasonable enemies as well as experiences humiliation and adversity. As the story progresses, they encounter a cold-blooded and enigmatic king, leading to an unexpected twist as the ML (male lead) falls in love with the MC. However, despite this development, the plot often becomes filled with filler content, including misunderstandings, conflicts with rival characters, schemes, and power struggles. By providing this summary, it becomes apparent that the storyline follows a predictable pattern with common tropes and themes. While some readers may enjoy these elements, others may find them repetitive and lacking in originality. In conclusion, the story you mentioned adheres to a formulaic structure commonly found in similar works. The MC's journey of transformation, encounters with rivals, and eventual romantic entanglements follow a well-trodden path. While this narrative may appeal to some readers, it may not offer the freshness or originality that others seek in their reading experiences.

I like the story and how thorough the details are. I absolutely would give this a 5-star rating if only I have the mood to read love stories. But this is a cultivation book and the thing that I don't like the most is that, most of the story line focuses on their love development. Like cultivation is just an auxiliary thing and the fact that most of the enemies are against their love. But overall, it's a good read. The emotions in the story runs deep.

Sorry but I cannot continue reading this, not with this kind of male lead. The relationship between FL and ML feels more like the FL suffering from severe Stockholm Syndrome. Power, money and the author's will apparently allow the ML to continuesly sexually harras and corner the FL untill she finally falls in love him. I simply cannot sympathize with such a FL or ML.

I’ve been reading this story for a while now and I’ve also read majority of the raws. With this much time invested into this story, I can honestly say that it was worth it. Although the plot does drag on at times and some of the happenstances are clearly shielded by plot armor and the MC’s halo, there’s still something unique about a character whose hobbies/occupation are far from the norm.

In reincarnation novels like these, doctors, pill masters, poison masters, assassins, etc. can get old real quick. However, armament refining (weapon smithing) isn’t something often seen and I like that. There’s always a valid reason for everything FL is doing, and she stays true to her character even if that isn’t the most interesting method in a reader’s POV. I’d recommend this story to whoever is interested in long reincarnation novels.

This novel falls prey to one of the most infuriating aspects of stories with reincarnation: refusing to tell literally anyone that they have reincarnated. In some stories this is handled well, and in others it isn't. This book falls in the latter category. When MC encounters someone she knew from her past life, (someone she was best friends with), she immediately decides to never mention that she is reincarnated on the basis that the guy has a 90% chance of not believing her. Seriously? WTF? I've seen some paper thin excuses before, but that takes the cake. This level of stupidity immediately ruined it for me.

Very good story so far in the 1898 chapters that are currently out. I like the ML and FL a lot. Secondary characters are great. Flow of the story is good.
