Unrelated comment but man I am tired of seeing felix's bust being flashed on my screen everytime I open a chapter, I really didn't think it waa his style to wear a shirt with almost all the buttons open. Can't they find another image for supremacy games, it's only his zoomed in chest in the popup too.
not really sure where this neph being the mc comes from. 90 percent of the story is first person from sunny's view and neph can be missing for 10s to 100s of chapters at a time. it's very clear that the themes of this story are that sunny was born with very unfortunate circumstances and he needs to break away from fate to get what he wants. neph has the usual traits of your usual edgy op protagonist like being op from the get go and some tragic back story to motivate them. basically neph is loved by the world while sunny is hated by it. every argument for neph being the MC boils down to she does something awesome and gets lots of praise while the big things sunny does get missed by the masses. are we not seeing the clear themes of light and shadow with fate dictating their circumstances. and the weaver stuff clearly pointing to sunny to gain the strength to beak away from the strings of fate.
I wrote this to a friend, read it and enjoy it: Well, I guess we are jealous of you. You know, many years ago, when I was playing pixel games on my phone, my father used to tell me what fun these things are, or when I was watching movie, he always told me that all these are fake and meaningless, study or work instead. Now, when I look at those games and movies, they are really stupid or (childish) but I enjoyed it, like a child pushing a toy car repeatedly and enjoying it. Well, the issue here is that the novel Shadow Slave is really a masterpiece, but for me it was 6 months ago. I read up to chapter 400 and I'm not mentally tired of the story and I don't get any pleasure anymore in most of the novels that I have listed before to read. It's also new here because my only hobby is reading novels. When I see every little thing, it makes me more angry, especially as you said. I'm an old person who got used to cool mc's, well worse. So, I hope no one will be like me.
Well I am on chapter 202 and the story is progressing very slowly the story is pretty good but if the story progresses this slowly I am afraid I would read through all the chapters and come to the end really fast and Well I don't want to wait for the new chaps to come out and am not reading it currently so I like to ask you guys should I continue reading
