Chapter 664: The Supreme Dao Fruit

The protecting Supreme Dao beast of the Emei Daoist Sect had finally awakened.

“Roar, roar, roar!”

The beast’s roaring shook the sky and the entire mountain valley. When the tiger opened its giant bloody mouth, the essence of a Supreme Dao gushed out. Like a sharp sword piercing the sky, it rippled froth in circular waves of doom. Wherever it carrier, all obstacles were raised from the ground.

The freelance martial artists at the outskirts of the valley peed their pants in terror as they fled in disarray like the scoundrels they were.

There was a clear difference among the hundreds of martial artists surrounding the mountain cave entrance, some slow and some with quick feet. In addition to the strong martial artists who had fled once they noticed the situation was going awry, the remaining martial artists exerted all their efforts to try running away. However, unseen to the eyes, an oppressive and tremendous power caused their feet to be filled with lead. Regardless of how much they struggled, they could not increase their speed.

“Hurry and go! Go!” Yan Qiansui charged towards the outer edge at all cost while he called to his friends.

“Where is his highness?” Xin Wuwang roared desperately, “Your Highness, save me!”

At this time, who could still mind what others needed?

“Ah!” Behind Yan Qiansui and Xin Wuwang, with a miserable cry, Lei Hong’s body was being dragged by that surge of tremendous absorption power.

When one person saw Yan Qiansui escape this way, of course they copied him and initiated their own Dantian to its extreme. At the time being, each of them pushed their Dantian to the extreme to copy this extreme method and escape for their life.

He swung with his sharp claws and the shadows of his claws caught the fleeing martial artists like a rope of lights. The power of this grab instantly petrified the bodies of these nearby martial artists.

With one grab in the sky, he had caught them.

Sending one into his mouth at a time, he crammed them into his mouth. Blood was dripping from his chin and miserable cries were sounding uninterrupted.

With the strength of this divine tiger beast, he could easily catch up to them even if he were to let them escape for the time being.

However, if he were to let these martial artists disperse in all directions, it would be troublesome for him to catch them all.

Therefore, this divine tiger beast would not allow such a thing to happen. With a mad hiss, the striped spiritual beasts all jumped out and chased after the martial artists who had went in all four directions.

In fact, this divine tiger beast was incredibly intelligent by ordering its subordinates to chase after these martial artists and kill them.

The divine tiger beast did not relax either. Like lightning, it traveled back and forth in between the mountain valley to plunder the martial artists who were not able to escape in time.

Each time it leaped, at least five or six martial artists would get swallowed.

This divine tiger beast was aroused with killing. It did not give up after it finished killing all martial artists in the surrounding area as it leaped at lightning speed towards the exterior area.

Qin Wushuang hid in the dark and realized his luck of being forgotten about. A moment ago, he was making that gamble that this divine beast would not turn back and look in its cave. With three knocks in succession, the prohibition of the wall kept falling. Sky Pilfered Mole scuttled from the stone walls with his face covered in dirt. He cried out, “Master, follow me!”

Qin Wushuang followed the Sky Pilfered Mole to drill into the inner space of the cave.

Regardless of where you walk inside this cave, there was a surging sinister presence. Although Qin Wushuang felt his blood run cold, he still followed without hesitation.

As the stench kept getting stronger, Qin Wushuang knew that he was approaching the den of the divine beast. The Sky Pilfered Mole scuttled over at once and cried out, “Master, it’s over there, over there!”

At the end of the cave, there appeared a gigantic abyss. White dense mist emerged from inside the abyss. In terms of this mist, if Qin Wushuang had not possessed supreme strength, most likely he would tremble by the coldness or would freeze instantly.

The Sky Pilfered Mole shivered next to the abyss. With one glance, Qin Wushuang saw layers of bones from the dead laying next to the abyss.

It was needless to say that these white bones were the work of that divine beast.

One of the corpses appeared to be somewhat familiar. It was Luo Yi and clearly, he had just died. The divine beast had swallowed his primordial spirit and almost chewed his entire body to shreds. If Qin Wushuang had not recognized Luo Yi’s clothing, most likely he would not have identified him.

“Master, look!”

Sky Pilfered Mole pointed to the other side of the abyss. Next to a stone platform, a flickering and silver vine had grown. On top of the long vine, a pair of peach-like fruits were growing.

Qin Wushuang let out a breath of cold air. Although it was far away from him, he could sense the Supreme Dao presence emitted by the fruit that appeared to be extremely rich!

“Could this be the object that accompanies the Supreme Dao?” Blood rushed from Qin Wushuang’s heart, yet he still worked hard to control his emerging greediness.

“Master, I will go and pick it?”

Qin Wushuang shook his head. “Don’t be so hasty!”

This Divine Fruit should not be fake; however, Qin Wushuang would not be as naive to think that he could pick it easily.

Not to mention the divine beast, but even the Emei Daoist Sect, could they be so foolish and leave the Supreme Dao Fruit available to be picked?

Since the Emei Daoist Sect dared to be so reassured, surely they had traps they could rely on. Certainly they were incredibly assured by this divine beast. As this divine beast was an intelligent being, it would be rather unlikely if it did not possess any form of caution.

Therefore, although this Supreme Dao Fruit appeared to be so fabulous, it would definitely not be an easy task to pick them.

Qin Wushuang was not in a hurry. He picked up a stone and swung it towards the direction of that stone platform.

Bursts of white lights shot out from the surrounding all of a sudden and formed into an intertwined electrical ball of lights. With one twist, it crushed the stone into fine powder.

“Mole, do you see?” Qin Wushuang raised his brow and started to think. Clearly, in between this abyss and that stone platform, was filled with traps and barriers.

It would be impossible for that Supreme Dao beast to leave the fruit unguarded otherwise.

What to do? Numerous methods flashed across Qin Wushuang’s head.

Use the Fury Dragon Soul Whip? That whip was only a weapon at the Void Martial Stage. If it were to come in contact with a force of the Supreme Dao, certainly it would have no chance.

This method would not work.

Send a sealed spiritual beast? All the sealed spiritual beasts were beneath the Supreme Dao level and did not possess enough power to deal with the Supreme Dao prohibition. Also, this method would not work.

Qin Wushuang instantly rejected these methods as they would not work.

Graceful Spiritual Bow!

Qin Wushuang’s eyes shone as he opened the Graceful Spiritual Bow. He put one jaded green arrow onto it, but when he aimed at it, he still felt it to be insufficient.

As he initiated the Five Elemental Talisman, brilliant rays of lights immediately erupted from the Graceful Spiritual Bow. Qin Wushuang gave a low growl and with his body he twisted like a bow. He shook both of his arms and yelled, “Open!”

Under the initiation of the Supreme Dao Five Elemental Talisman, the Graceful Spiritual Bow was initiated to its extreme capability and shot towards the stone platform.

Ka!

Violent Supreme Dao presence collided against each other in the sky! Instantly, a strange distorted feeling appeared across the entire sky. In their surroundings, the power of the Supreme Dao kept knocking against each other and shot in all directions. It was hitting the stone crumbs of the surrounding mountain wall flying hard enough that it could collapse at anytime. The earth quaked and the mountain shook.

The entire abyss also flared up. The initially calm water’s surface kept bringing forth waves a few metres high. Circles of white lights were rippling in all directions beating against the stone walls.

The dashing impact even made it difficult for Qin Wushuang to breath!
