Chapter 665: The Sudden Appearance of Xin Wuji

Without hesitation, Qin Wushuang initiated the Supreme Dao shield to protect all fatal points on his body. He welcomed the waving motion of this powerful Supreme Dao stream of air and did not take a step back. He watched the changes occurring at the stone platform ahead of him with determination.

When the green jade arrow was wrapped by the white light, the Supreme Dao Five Elemental Talisman that was on top of it had exploded all of a sudden and let forth a loud rumbling noise. It had instantly dispelled much of the white light from the surrounding area.

Explosive sounds kept ringing forth. The streams of air from all directions remained active. The green jade arrow, pushed by the surge of Supreme Dao presence from the Graceful Spiritual Bow also kept resisting the forceful power.

Boom!

Accompanied with an ear-splitting loud sound, something had happened that caused Qin Wushuang to smack his tongue. Under the force of the Supreme Dao barrier, the entire green jade arrow had exploded and turned into chunked up fragments. It dispersed with a loud rumble.

The whirlpool formed by the Supreme Dao prohibition also dispersed at a rapid speed all of a sudden. Qin Wushuang saw this opening and gave a low shout. He initiated the Supreme Dao shield and protected his entire body, like a flying boat supported by the streams of air, he shot towards the stone platform.

Now the prohibition was at its weakest state. If he were not to get the Supreme Dao Fruit now, he would have no other opportunities.

Without hesitation, under the cover of the Supreme Dao Shield, Qin Wushuang dashed towards the center of the area. Although most of the surrounding barrier was reduced by the attack from the Graceful Spiritual Bow, it still operated as one approached it. Just as he made it closer with the Supreme Dao Shield, the white lights pressed down on him from all directions.

Fortunately, the power of this white light was far less than before. This was the remaining power of the prohibition for it could not be regenerated.

It proved to be much less after this attack. Unless a powerful spiritual source was residing in the surrounding area to provide spiritual Qi as needed, it couldn’t regenerate on its own.

Clearly, in such a short time, this spiritual source could not be supplemented at a fast speed, unless this formation was operated by human beings who were on the scene. After the prohibition’s power was consumed, its’ power would surely be reduced to some extent.

However, even this barrier with reduced power and even though Qin Wushuang had the protection of the Supreme Dao Shield, he was still dragged down by the white light as he got two thirds closer to the target. Regardless of how Qin Wushuang tried to push forward, he was still a little bit away from the final destination.

Upon seeing the Supreme Dao fruit right before him, Qin Wushuang was failing to get it! Such a feeling could make one mad!

“Could it be that I must waste another green jade arrow and a piece of the Supreme Dao Five Elemental Talisman?” Inwardly, Qin Wushuang was feeling reluctant. It would have been alright if he were to just use another Supreme Dao Five Elemental Talisman.

However, the green jade arrows were his best weapon to use against enemies. Unless he could acquire the original equipment, the Shooting Sun Arrows, he couldn’t not have the jade arrows.

“Graceful Spiritual Bow?” When he thought about the bow, suddenly, Qin Wushuang had an idea and he pulled the bow to his hand.

The Graceful Spiritual Bow was a folding bow and had incredible length. Qin Wushuang waved the Graceful Spiritual Bow in the air and immediately drew a beautiful arc.

“It’s just right!” Qin Wushuang was overjoyed. The other weapons could not break through this force; however, the Graceful Spiritual Bow proved to be much more useful than he could imagine!

In between its swinging, the Graceful Spiritual Bow had already broke the wall of the prohibition and hooked onto the long vine growing the fruit. The bow string of the Graceful Spiritual Bow was even more exceptional than ordinary divine weapons. With a gentle sweep, he had cut the long vine. Pulling it with his hand along the way, the long vine fell towards Qin Wushuang’s direction.

He wrapped it with the Graceful Spiritual Bow and dragged the long vine to his hand.

Once again, Qin Wushuang initiated the Supreme Dao Shield and sprung backwards to pull the upper half of the long vine out with him.

Qin Wushuang found it hard to believe that he had acquired these precious fruits. He gave a call and pulled the Sky Pilfered Mole back to the sealed scroll. Without another word, he scuttled to the outside of the cave.

If he were not to go now, how long was he going to stay here?

Xin Wuji said leisurely, “Do you not? Not only I am sure, I am determined you have it!”
