This is just my review (opinion) regarding this novel. . . I started with its manhwa version and then when I caught up the latest chapter uploaded around 100 chapters I proceeded with its novel version starting from chapter 1 to not miss any information that might be omitted on the manhwa. But as I've read through I don't think there is any important information that is omitted. In the early chapters, it was interesting, I could finished lots of chapters per day and I didnt want to miss a single day reading it. The MC is bullied, weak, untalented but hardworking enough until eventually got lucky for an opportunity to grow stronger. As I've progressed reading, I started lossing interest as the events around the MC was getting too predictable. Villains are just the generic villains that were introduced as pure evil based on their past, present and the actions they took. Unlike from the other novels that villains have some kind of past or purpose like 'for the good of humanity, ' 'Im doing this for the one I love, ' 'Im doing this to revive my love or family, ' etc. But the villains on this novel are just straight evil that you wont symphatize them when they die. The interaction of the MC with his love interests/ wives prospect. . . well, I can't call them as romance at all. I cant explain it but as someone who always consider romance before reading a novel, its really not a romance. I've read a few chapters just before reaching 300 but eventually dropped it as I no longer have a reason for continuing it. Yes I had stated it but I no longer want to waste my time further. Its sad but had to part ways with this one. Happy reading for those who wants to start or continue reading it. I repear this is just my personal opinion and please dont mind my grammar Im not good with my english 😅
It's a nice story, perfect if you just are looking for something light to read without being stupid or childish (subjectively). It falls a little nearing the end but it's pretty decent
Relatively short and sweet. A MC who doesn't mess about and even has multiple love interests that are resolved. He struggles for a while, but how he wins each fight is pretty epic and believable within the story. His character is honorable, kind without being foolish, and ambitious without being infatuated with power. He is a solid character that is fun to watch as he gains strength and learns more about the world. The ending could have been drawn out a little more, but it ties up most of the story. Somewhat bittersweet but an enjoyable read.
It was a good novel with an amazing beginning. I liked the way the main character progressed. My only complaint is that, even near the 300th chapter, whenever a problem is solved, another one comes immediately, which is a bit tiring. However, I liked the harem. I thought the protagonist would reach an even higher level of power, but technically he didn't get past the ninth circle. Still, it's a good novel to pass the time.
It was a great novel with heartwarming ending. The story was wonderful and the harem was magnificent, the characters were great and the main character was amazing. Whiles the world building was stupendous. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that Theodore had to banish Gluttony. 5/5 Stars
I started by reading the manwha. At first i was reading lightly, just attracted by the unique art style of thr drawings. But soon enough, i was cheering behind Theodore, imagining his struggles, and step by step, I got dragged into this cliche yet unique world. The basics components of the world are very cliche. Humans, dragons, elfs, dwarfs, magic. A fanstasy world. However, smalls tweaks to these vanilla settings make the world way more interesting than you could expect. I really liked the developement of most characters. Be warned tho, if i had to compare the main character to anything, it would be a greek hero. He is righteous, while following his own morale. He kills when he need, and choose peace when he can. It isn't shown much in tje early chapters as he is struggling to live, but if you reach at least half the chapters, you'll see what i mean. Not that i would mind personally, but he is a hero in the truest sense. If you don't line that, you will probably stop reading soon. I saw some people saying the ending was rushed. In my opinion, while i would have loved to get more chapters, the end was very fitting. I was sad for something that i had hopped would be different. I left a comment on chapter 397 about that to not spoil here. Also, i really liked the fact that magic was so much more than just "i say the spell, fire a beam of might, boom, magic" The power scaling of the characters was also well managed, which is a big plus for me. The character start pretty weak, grow quite fast at first, then slow down, and keep a decent growth Overall i really liked this novel, and would recommand you to try too. While some parts are a bit slow, or repetitive. The overral is good. I would personally put it between 4 and 5.
At first I didn't love it, I quite dislike op items or cheat in general. . but the story is quite interesting, the progress is great, and the protagonist is working hard to reach his goal. Overall its a good novel, this left me very satisfied. I suggest you to give it a try!
Honestly, it's good. Liked it a lot. The powers of the MC don't instantly become and OP and I liked the use of the Seven Deadly Sins. The ending was also very unexpected
Although progression of MC was rapid at first, it became better as the story progressed. Didn't really like the fact that it was harem too much. The power system is also quite good. Nice read overall. Solid 7. 5/10
Honestly, I was very satisfied with this book, the author did a very good job with world building, explaining the different levels of power, and making the series feel fresh instead of something that's been done a thousand times. Towards the end the harem aspect is a little heavy for my taste but to each their own. A lot of people say the ending felt rushed, and while I will say it happened a bit fast I don't think it was all that rushed. With Theo's accumulation of both magical knowledge, magical skills, and combat experience it was inevitable that once his base level of power reached a certain point he would be practically unmatched. If I had to give a reason for only rating 4 stars, it would be mainly due a number of small things that when added all together lowered the quality just a bit too much to rate it as 5 stars. Having said that, it was still highly enjoyable and I would happily reread or recommend it to someone else.
