Chapter 456: Three Way

“….” The atmosphere inside the room of the Great General was awkward as Bai Huangdi, Veronica and Fang Yu resorted to just staring at each other.

“Umm… why don’t we talk about something interesting now?” Princess Elissa said as she let out a hollow laugh. “We cannot just stand here and do nothing, right?”

“Shut it, b**ch.” Fang Yu replied as she gave a withering look at Princess Elissa. “Who are you to talk to us like that? Are you even needed here, huh?”

“What?” Right now, Princess Elissa was extremely confused on why Fang Yu, who had never met her before, was currently extremely hostile towards her.

“Um… did I anger you in any way?” Princess Elissa asked meekly as she shrank back under Fang Yu’s glare.

“Oh, I just do not like you. That is my reason.” Fang Yu bluntly replied.

“…..” The only thing that Princess Elissa could do was to grit her teeth her teeth as she endured the humiliation given to her by Fang Yu.

“Hehehe….” Upon seeing this reaction, Fang Yu just giggled as she diverted her attention to Veronica.

“Hey you…” Fang Yu looked at Veronica sourly as she said,

“Are you sure that you are not planning on doing something nefarious to us?”

“Nefarious?” Upon hearing this, Veronica immediately stood up as he banged her palms on the table.

The table started to shake, as if it could not contain the power that Veronica released in her fit of anger.

“I think you are the one that is the most suspicious here.” Veronica slowly said as she gave a knowing look to Bai Huangdi. “I only joined this alliance so that I can stop you from doing anything messed up!”

“Oh? Then feel free to stop me now!” Fang Yu shouted back as her forehead crashed against Veronica’s mask. “I am read to fight you anytime!”

“Stop it, will you?” This time, Bai Huangdi has no choice but to intervene between the two women. He let out a sigh as he said,

“We are not here to fight. We are here to discuss the strategy that we will employ to defeat the Demon King Seigneur. So, lay down all your hatred for each other, and let’s start cooperating now, ok?”

His words managed to diffuse the heated exchange between Fang Yu and Veronica, which made the other occupants in the room to heave a sigh of relief.

Now that everything was peaceful, Bai Huangdi stood up as he said,

“So, what do you think we should do to defeat the Demon King Seigneur? I have my own idea already, but I want to hear yours first, so that we can decide on the best one.”

“Isn’t the answer to that just simple?” Fang Yu let out a proud smirk as she said,

“We just have to attack with all our forces, and then we three heroes will fight Demon King Seigneur within all that chaos!”

“Your plan sucks in very many levels…” Veronica drily said as she gave Fang Yu and annoyed look. “You think a simple plan like that can help us win? Heh, maybe that plan of yours is just disguised to help the enemy!”

“Oh, so you do not like my plan huh.” Fang Yu said as she slowly nodded her head. She then gave Veronica a challenging look as she said,

“In that case, tell us about your plan then. We shall be the judge if that plan will be better than mine.”

“Ehem!” Veronica let out a slight cough before saying,

“My plan is comprised of 5 steps. First, we must put some spies inside the Ebony River Kingdom. Second, these spies will start to spread dissent and chaos inside the Ebony River Kingdom. Third, our soldiers will take advantage of that chaos to start their invasion. Fourth, we three will start our attack on the Demon King Seigneur. And lastly, we will kill Demon King Seigneur.”

Everyone went silent as they felt that Veronica’s proposed plan was actually good and feasible.

“Hey!” Fang Yu started to feel bad as she saw that everyone seems to agree with what Veronica had said.

“She, she, she just copied my plan!” Fang Yu complained as she pointed at Veronica with an accusing finger.

“So what if I copied yours?” Veronica replied smugly “The generals liked my plan more compared to yours!”

“Hear hear!” Princess Elissa interjected as she happily watched Fang Yu’s dilemma.

Fang Ln, who was watching everything that was happening, let out a silent sigh as he realized that Illusion Fang Yu would not find it easy to dominate the alliance between the three heroes.

It seems like Fang Lin has to step in order to help Illusion Fang Yu.

“Excuse me everyone.” Fang Lin said as he raised his hands. “We still have not heard about our Hero’s plan. Why don’t we hear him out first before we can make the final decision?”

“Actually, my plan is just similar to Veronica’s…” Bai Huangdi quickly replied much to Fang Lin’s dismay.

“So, you can say that we will go with Veronica’s plan…” These words by Bai Huangdi were the final nail in the coffin for Fang Yu.

“Fine! Since all of you like it, then we will just go with that damn plan! Hmph!”

With Fang Yu’s concession, the tense atmosphere calmed down again.

But this calm situation was again shattered as Fang Yu suddenly stood up as she said,

“Since all three of us heroes are here, then why don’t we test each other’s strength? Now is the right time for us three to have a great battle!”

“!!!” Everyone inside the room went excited after hearing Fang Yu’s declaration.

A fight between the three heroes? That was something that anyone would want to watch!

The eyes of the Generals and of Princess Elissa sparkled as they stared vapidly at Bai Huangdi and Veronica, who were both taken aback by Fang Yu’s declaration.

Upon seeing the discomfort of the two, Fang Yu flashed both Bai Huangdi and Veronica a smile which unnerved them greatly.

In the end, both Bai Huangdi and Veronica had no choice but to go with Fang Yu’s suggestion.

After all, Bai Huangdi found it hard to reject Fang Yu, as he saw the excited looks given to him by the natives of this planet.

As for Veronica, she had no qualms on the three-way match with Fang Yu, as Veronica was also extremely eager on beating up Fang Yu later.

“Go! Our Hero!” The news of the three-way battle spread throughout the whole military and most of the solider immediately rushed towards the arena where the three heroes will be fighting against each other.

So before the start of the battle, what Fang Yu and the other two heroes saw was a extremely large congregations of the overzealous soldiers filling up the seats around them.

“Tsk, what a bother…” Veronica muttered as she glared at the enthusiastic crown in front her.

As expected, Veronica’s trust rating among the soldiers dropped considerably with what she just said.

But Veronica seemed to have not cared about this, as her eyes were only concentrated of Fang Yu, with Veronica not bothering to hide her intentions.

“So Fang Yu, I do not know why you want us three to fight against each other right now, but I am sure that I will whoop your ass!”

At this provocation of Veronica, Fang Yu’s only reply was,

“Then I am waiting…

Bai Huangdi was currently looking at Fang Yu and Veronica warily, as if he was imagining their danger threat to him.

Upon seeing them, Bai Huangdi started to mutter,

“I have the Dragon Emperor Armor with me which managed to increase my physical strength exponentially. With this kind of power, my current cultivation base and power can be compared to an early Fifth Stage Practitioner…”

Bai Huangdi then narrowed his eyes as he thought,

“But the other heroes already have their respective Heirlooms too! And I am sure that just like me, Fang Yu and Veronica can use their Heirlooms to allow them to fight against higher stage. As for how strong they will be, I want to experience that for myself!

Bai Huangdi was excited, as it was hard for him to find a good challenge that can satisfy him.

But now that Fang Yu had offered Bai Huangdi a way to fight, Bai Huangdi will surely not waste that!

“Since you two seem to be indecisive, then I shall be the one to make a move first. ” Bai Huangdi said as his armor started to glow purple.

This purple glow came from purple lines which suddenly appeared in the Dragon Emperor Armor.

These purple lines were moving slowly on the Dragon Emperor Armor, with these lines undulating like a snake that is crawling on the ground.

These purple lines are the source of the power that greatly enhances Bai Huangdi’s strength.

Bai Huangdi then took a deep breath as the purple lines peeled themselves off the armor.

At the instant that this happened, most of the purple lines descended on Bai Huangdi, and it was at this point that Bai Huangdi felt as if his body was filled with pure, unstoppable strength.

Even his core which only looked normal, suddenly started to become covered by a violet glow, which served to make the whole core look special.

While Bai Huangdi looked at his whole body in satisfaction and incredulity, he suddenly saw Fang Yu obtaining a golden-colored gourd from her storage, and Veronica pulling heart out of her chest.

This heart was not Veronica’s heart, as it looked extremely ancient.

Upon seeing what the two were doing, Bai Huangdi started to chuckle as he thought to himself,

“Now we are fighting for real…”
