“I will have the 1,000 people I have chosen go to a parallel world.”
Chaos spread once those words of God were displayed to the whole world.
Kurose Hikaru, whose childhood friend had been chosen, was killed together with her on the same day she was supposed to be transferred. However, for some reason, Hikaru didn’t die and, even though he wasn’t chosen at first, he ended up as one of the [Otherworlders that will have all their actions live broadcasted to Earth].
Transferred without any preparations at all to that accursed land, he faced threats innumerable times and somehow managed to survive with his Gift, the Dark Spirit Abilities.
“I must not die. I am sure the people on Earth are all rooting for me after all…”
This is the story of a young boy who is tossed about by the gazes of the viewers, yet eventually manages to raise his head and walk forward.

Comments on the novel chapters for the last week.
A really good novel tbh, kinda don’t like the mc sometimes and the girls but it’s still really good, kinda sad that it ended like that,. Wished it could’ve had more chaps
I thought they'd just leave this novel out to dry for the rest of eternity. But the update is real
So now, finally all current chapters of the novel are available here. Sadly it is now finished. Although the story offers room for continuation, it unfortunately ends when he overcomes his trauma. The author did mention that he thought about making a second part to the story after this one (if I remember correctly), but that happened years ago, so sadly I don't think we can expect it to be continued :/ But anyways, it was a good story nonetheless and I liked how realistic (at least to me) his mental condition was depicted.
Just saying that this novel is already finished just not updated.
This is a novel with the most realistic MC i have ever seen. Not only was he traumatized by being a hated celebrity on the internet, it gave him severe pathological social anxiety. He proceeds to spend his days avoiding those around him, including coworkers and potential friends. Essentially becoming a social recluse. And yes, this is in fact an isekia dungeon fantasy novel with an overpowered MC. Just an MC written like a masterpiece of a character. Because really, most people with internet fame irl, no matter how they pretend to not care about hate comments, when it happens for the first time it really affects them. They just get used to it. However, it isn't uncommon for the person getting internet hate to get depression from it whether they have gotten used to it or not. But even without that, the content of the internet hate is what impacts the MC the most because it is an accusation only he knows is false. A horrid one at that.
Do not read it's good and if your someone who trys to understand the mc then him acting like a baby is easy to push through but it ends abruptly idk if phantom dies or not I haven't even finished it but I won't until part 2 is confirmed and the Arthur also said I was a chance(also check out the illustrations on is Twitter)
Waiting for updates.
It's a novel more or less, when you think it's going to be good now it ends... and there's no continuation.
Excellent novel. Very human protagonist. Instead of the usual unrealistic mental fortitude of the typical shonen MC, here we have a dude having a severe mental breakdown and developing a complex as a result. His journey is essentially him trying to overcome his trauma while also trying to make a living and growing stronger. Awesome stuff man.
It enjoyable not recommand for those who hate cry-baby mc though, also if you reading it dont skip the comment part as it contain alot of information but for me it like a hot spring after the hard day
