He isnt lying, that is actually what's going on. Mc has an actual harem not just multiple love interests but multiple wives. They arent sleeping with him yet because he is too young but they are already in relationship and they and him are already in agreement openly that they will all sleep together once he grows up. They arent just one sidedly interested in him or making designs on him. Also, he isnt just in relationship with living humanoids, but even with spider and octopus women and even ghosts and undead and there was also a lump of flesh interested in him. Basically as long as a being classifies as female then they will enter the harem.

Has he married them yet? No. The one time he could be seen as a "cuck" would be from a girl begging to have his child, but then relented to have another's. Pretty sure that’s called engagement. I get that he can’t even nut yet, but it’s still a bit irritating that the author has a shota mc’s love interest bang another dude just because he wants a number to be lower.

I’m not sure if you saw my other reply, but this still doesn’t change what I said. I was joking when I said the engagement thing, but saying “I’ll marry you later” is similar to getting engaged, in a way. I also said ‘love interest’, not ‘lover’, ‘wife’, or ‘girlfriend’. I’m not saying it is netorare tag worthy, I just said that I can understand why some people would get a bit annoyed by that.

I mean, I was kind of making a joke when I said the engagement thing, but I was also saying that I understand why people would be annoyed by having a mc’s love interest sleep with another guy, even if it’s a logical reason it can still be irritating for some people.
