Summary

Fate had never been kind to Ji Ning. Wracked by illnesses and infirm his entire life on Earth, Ji Ning knew early on that he would die as a teenager. What he didn’t know was that there really was such a thing as life after death and that the multiverse was a far larger place than he thought.

A lucky twist of fate meant that Ji Ning was reborn into a world of Immortals and monsters, of Ki Refiners and powerful Fiendgods, a world where Dynasties lasted for millions of years. A world which is both greater… and yet also smaller… than he ever could imagine. He would have the opportunity to join them, and in this life, Ji Ning swore to himself, he would never let himself be weak again! The Era he was born into was a Desolate one, but Ji Ning would make it his era.

Can someone explain if there’s 3600 commanderies and only 800 Marquis are the rest ruled over by Grand Xia or is there 800 Marquis and 3600 commanderies (cities)

Finished this novel again... it took me a total of 10 days I could have completed it in a week or 5 days if I wouldn't have gone for a little traveling... Man, I wanted to see what happened to so yuji in the end.. Did she get her a lover or still a single

Definitely one of the best novels I've ever read. Even from the first 50 chapters, I was so incredibly engaged and had a high degree of investment in the characters in the story. The power scaling is intense and a bit confusing at times, but really good regardless. It's not your typical cultivation novel, as it actually has good characters. Towards the end there is a plateau where the story isn't that good and the characters aren't very well explored, but when it gets to the final few arks it really kicks into high gear and gets you incredibly invested in the story again. TLDR: This is a very engaging cultivation story that you really should read.

Quick question: does this have the typical cultivation novel trope where he has a love interest who is taken away to a higher level force and he spends like half of the novel chasing after her until he eventually either defeat or gains acknowledgement from the force that has her?

"Are the power systems in the 'Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse' novel crazier, or are the power systems in this novel crazier, my friend? But in my opinion, no one can surpass the power systems in the 'Infinite Mana In The Apocalypse' novelll^^^

Bro... I can still imagine the lengths and realms in this novel But with Noah Osmont... Its impossible I mean Just think about various realities with millions of cosmos... I can't even imagine a cluster of cosmoses

From your comment, I understood that you believe Noah Osmont easily surpasses this novel.

"Millions of cosmos were not there, it expanded, became trillions, in its current state maybe there are infinite cosmos, I don't know, what do you think now, is Noah Osmond stronger than this novel?"

It is very unlikely to surpass noah power wise I’m on chapter 14 of this novel and stacking chapters of inifinite mana (im at 2290) and Noah is easily 1B or 1B+ at this point. Most Chinese novels peak at universe level and very few (martial world and it’s sequel) are at multiverse level. It is very unlikely for Ni Jing to surpass him. At start they say pengu was peak when ni jing meets judge by that logic it is impossible to beat Noah. Another thing to point out/ compare like in dbz verse they had 18 universes (zeno destroyed 4-5 universes making it 12 or 13 universes) Noah orginal cosmos alone had 52-54 universes. Then he have ridiculously high number cosmos when he battles ancestors. Like (trillions upon trillions in single cosmos filament he has) Very few like you can count on 1 hand that can compare to Noah in all fiction let alone this universe.

Likewise the story is decent, and the power system is good. But there just one big major problem. The plot armour is so thick.

Finished reading on a different site and holy, am I sad to part ways with this novel. The story was truly wonderful. For it's negatives, 3/4ths into the story, it became slightly lackluster in comparison to it's earlier chapters, but still nice at the end. Overall, amazing novel that I would recommend, especially to those who have read novels like Martial World and such. Really good
