It's quite nice, I guess? But I super duper hate harem. So can anyone recommend me novels without harem?

currently at chapter 1700. This is actually pretty good. In my previous comment I complained about harem like feel, it mostly dissappears when first major battle happens, and the battle is good, it starts feeling like actual cultivation novel with tons of action and adventure. Also the ideas and philosophy mc expresses is also interesting and refreshing, quite a change from typical stupid reincarnator 1d mc we get so often these days. Basically if you can get past the slow harem like start then once mc becomes court official things start to get interesting and very entertaining. I definitely recommend this. In fact this is probably one of better xanxia novels out there.

Spoiler Alert MAJOR SPOILER ALERT also there is still a thing I am confused about is how An lushan is still alive??? Mc sliced off his head yet he was still alive then heaven found him treated his injury then somehow he remembers his memory from the other timeline where wang chong is defeated and he says "I finally understand why you wanted to kill me" something like that but more crazier so heaven peeks into his memory and also sees the timeline where heaven succeeded and seeing that wang chong and An lushan were destined foe So he devours An lushan and gets the world energy becoming the child of the world and also just wanted to mention it but mc and Xi qiqin actually almost gets married but due to heaven everyone forgets about wang chong except for li heng and some other people but I won't dive into that because that's is a while another arc which is pretty complicatedso apparently my comment was too long so this is a continuous if my previous comment

I finished the novel and needless to say it becomes really confusingSpoiler AlertMAJOR SPOILER ALERT well mc does become the emperor however sadly li heng dies and before he dies he issues a degree that wang chong is the new emperor without him knowing because wait turns out in order to get to the highest known level you need dragon qi which the son of heaven can only have meaning wang chong could never reach that level without him becoming the son of heaven so master gucheng(I don't know the spelling) told li heng so he knew that wang chong would never agree to him so during the battle seeing wang chong losing against heaven because wang chong wasn't at Divine martial level so he could never win against heaven so when he became emperor with Li heng's degree he broke through the grotto heaven level and reaching the divine martial and defeating heaven

Currently at around chapter 390. Novel started out pretty good but now it seems the main characters have become mc and his female squad. Needless to say, all we get is mc trying to do his thing and the female squad constantly blushing and thinking that just maybe they might have feelings for, and making dumb dialogue . It is getting quite tiresome, I don't understand why is this happening in cultivation/power fantasy novel like this. If this female drama/harem thing does not end soon I will have to drop this novel.

Read to ~chapter 1500. Forced my way there a little bit but it wasn't too bad. ExceptSpoiler AlertIt starts some dude controlling the nobles with physche powers talking about peace. The emperor or someone should have done something at that point since it's pretty obvious. But I checked and this arc would go on for ~300 chapters. I knew I would be terrible at that point and stopped it.

Ok this is so f***ing confusing Does mc even become the emperor??? I am in chapter 2073 and Spoiler Alert the fifth Prince becomes the emperor which I already knew but does mc become emperor in 400 chapters???
