On chapter 1089, there is very little romance, side characters may adore the main, but (and doubtfully) in the next 300 chapters maybe a tiny bit? Stil an awesome read, one of my favorite series, 100% reccomend. The hard chinese names aren't extrememly present after chapter 300-400

The manhua is garbage compared to the light novel. A lot of the characterization is lost in it which might as well make it another, worse story. Do yourself a favor, don’t read the manhua, read the light novel.

No..she was a grade c at most..her abilities had not scaled up and she was just a simple esper with cheat skills not her current god tier (end arc)

In chapter 199, Spoiler Alertshe senses her sisters lifeforce and compared it to how it was before she was captured by germinal. She also summoned a soul back from the dead in the first 30 or so chapters. She should be able to identify different people by their life force at that point. It wouldn't necessarily change her actions, but it would re-contextualize them give her a lot more agency. It's a missed opportunity, more than anything.

characters who are just always the nice guy are just boring and unrealistic, so it's a nice to have someone who's not just black or white but something in the middle - doing what he feels like when it aligns with his goal

Agreed. That's why I was noting that. He's a big tsundere though. And I know it's a fantasy and also common sense, but, I wish he would show little warmness in him. I'm not talking about being goody two shoes...just be a person who has many sides to him. Not complete edgelord nor a arrogant and indifferent young master.
