I really like the MC! Lord Weed !! His life, philosophy, principles really amazed me!!! It's really amazing. What's more, his romantic development and the Scluptor are best!!

Very highly recommended and this novel is very underrated in my opinion.

Great story, the main character is hilariously entertaining and cleaver, and I enjoyed the various adventures and the personal development of the MC.

Yes, his personality doesn't do a 180, (he is still a hard working penny-pincher), but thats what makes it more realistic to me. He grows in his own way and learns to open himself up just as much as the main female side character.

Honestly, LMS is really fun to read in terms of the class, quests, and large scale battles. However, it has a serious flaw in terms of MC. I can put up with a lot of BS, but the one thing I can’t stand is an annoying main character. And let me tell you, even after 13 volumes, Weed is still an extremely annoying character. His insecurities and character flaws should have started to fade as he interacted with people who helped him grow, but the author just said “Nah, Weed has to be insecure money grubber even when he’s rich and has genuine friends.” The dude straight up beats his pets for no reason at all, and he has to save every cent when he has millions from items and quests. From what I’ve read of other reviews, this issue isn’t even fixed after 30 volumes. If you have read Overgeared, Weed is basically Grid in the first 360 chapters of Overgeared, except he’s like that for the entirety of the story. If you can put up with BS from a trashy MC you should enjoy this, but anyone like myself who can’t stand annoying characters should probably look somewhere else.

While browsing through ranks, I found this treasure that I have already forgotten. Aaah as I can remember this is one of the novels I have read those years and I bc im busy asf I've neglected it. Well tbh although this book has a lot of flaws, the author makes it up through the successive chapters giving it its own asian vibe.
