one of best novel that I have read so far. character development was good. story moving in slow and steady phase. MC is smart but unlike other similar MCs who can easily over come anything just by being smart doesn't apply here.

The first 1000 chapters are as slow as a turtle, but then it gets so good that you don't want to read anything else, for those who like slow reading, at the beginning it's great too, but the romance practically doesn't exist until the recent chapters (1780) I recommend a good read to everyone!

What a magnificent masterpiece!! I have been following this novel since it reached 700 chapters mark ( currently on chapter 1800). It's on its peak in current chapters. Do give it a try if you like martial arts, minimum(close to no) plot holes, very little romance, outstanding moves and techniques(developed not inherited), competent antagonists, character development, and many more

Good book. Well written MC who is not a psychotic murderer or cold and nonchalant due to past trauma caused by second rate villains/canon fodder. His motivation to grow stronger does not stem from revenge but comes from his genuine love of martial arts. He is an extremely rationale and competent individual so don't expect hero MC who dies or willing gets into trouble to save random people. The story itself is intriguing a bit slow as MC is not very OP in the beginning but tolerable because he has his own advantages over others. This is probably coz he lacks a golden finger other than reincarnation; no system, no old man guiding him, nothing. So everything he achieves is by his own right. The book is a perfect blend of science and martial arts . So for complaints about info dumps I don't know what to say. Coz the way guy makes his own techniques is by quite literally conducting something similar to science experiments. So I find the info dumps necessary to the plot otherwise he'd just be pulling techniques out of his posterior (a**) . The MC gets more OP in higher levels. So far skipping levels to fight in this world is unheard of so don't expect that. Definitely recommend for those who like scifi and martial arts.

This is one of the best novel on this site. Definitely better than SS and Outside of Time, but slightly inferior to LOTM and My House of Horrors. The worldbuilding - 10/10 The story - 9/10 Character development (especially at the later stages of the novel) - 10/10 MC - 10/10 There's not really any romance, he gets with this one girl but leaves soon to pursue his goals. It's a very logical novel, with the 'magical' materials all having their own explanations based in science. The MC is also very smart. He's meant to be a super genius and is able to pull of feats unimaginable to others in his own power realm, but is unable to cross realms, since the difference in power is huge. The MC doesn't like politics, but can control people and manipulate them to his advantage and according to his interests in a way that would make the Fool proud. All in all a solid 10/10, would recommend.

It was enjoyable while I read it, BUT it required more skipping and scrolling than I've ever done before and an active suspension of disbelief. The story is also quite slow

To me the biggest problem are the info dumps and a very dislikable and annoying mc. Having to read a chapter worth of irrelevant wikipedia copy paste about the benefits of flexing before every fight breaks the flow and makes reading very laborious. And while author repeatedly clarifies that mc is highly intelligent, and has the mental maturity of a 70 year old, he acts and talks no different from a 12 year old. Reading this "super genius 70 year old" talk and act like a teenager in discord is nothing but painful and embarrassing. Only redeeming quality about the book is the fights, they are detailed and fun to read. Overall a very overrated book, not worth your time.

This novel has a similar vibe has Throne of Magical Arcana but focuses on martial arts instead of magic. They're now both my all time favorites xD.

one of my favourite novels with great characters, world building and plot. Most of the negative comments in the review are about how the author "justifies" the abilities with scientific explanations and how they arent believable like come on he's obviously taken some liberties or else they would be normal humans, it just doesnt make any sense to me how people complain that the author takes actual physical phenomena and "elevates" them so the power system actually exists specially when there's a clear effort to explain how everything works. Its as if people complained how the explanation for time travel in marvel's endgame wasnt believable, its ludicrous

One of the best webnovels I have read. The knowledge MC has is definitely an advantage to him, but it doesn't break the story at all. The MC is intelligent but not arrogant, cares about his friends/family. Characters also grow with him, instead of him always being the strongest in his realm. His progression is logical and slow and he has to solve all his problems on his own. Author does a great job with the power system as well. There are a lot of nuances to the power system as opposed to it just being another cultivation level you just happen to "break through" into.
I feel that him behaving like a 12 year old is perfect in the setting. we have to remember that all humans are subject to hormones those more susceptible are adolescents and those with low mental strength or endurance. it can be said that the memories of a 70 year old was dumped in the body of a baby to grow along with other children of course after a few years he will naturally be influenced and display childlike tendencies.
