• Chapter 175 : The revival of love

“Haha!” (Nosgalia)

Nosgalia let out a dry chuckle as he slowly roused himself up.

“Fear? Thou think thou can strike fear into me? Me, a god?” (Nosgalia)

He silently turned his gaze toward me.

“Oh, what nonsensical, worthless, and pointless words thou spout, Anos Voldigoad.” (Nosgalia)

He walked my way without hesitation, as if he had taken no damage from my earlier blow.

“Gods art order. From the perspective of all demons, humans, spirits, and every other living being in this world, they art absolute beings. They art the reason of the world. The existence of ye people, your lives, your deaths, are merely dictated by the order. It is pointless to resent the gods for it. And it is epitome of nonsense to attempt to strike fear into them.” (Nosgalia)

In a majestic fashion, Nosgalia raised his hands.

“Let me impart some wisdom to thee, ignorant one. We gods art not people. We feel no anger, no sorrow. Gods art immortal, and therefore not even alive. As such, I have no fear either, I merely remain as the reason of the world.” (Nosgalia)

“Hmm. Then I guess you gods don’t have the brains to understand common language either.” (Anos)

I spoke to Nosgalia, who was looking at me arrogantly, as if to command him.

“I’m saying that I won’t let you remain as such.” (Anos)

“And whatever doth order have to fear? What thou art saying is basically that thou resent the burning of all things, and that thou wilt make the reason for it, known as combustion, cower in fear.” (Nosgalia)

“That’s right. I won’t let anything in front of my eyes burn on its own just because it’s on fire. I don’t care if you’re the reason or the order of this world, I’ll do things my way, and carve fear into you.” (Anos)

“Haha!” Nosgalia let out another dry chuckle.

Fool who spits on heaven, receive thy punishment for disobeying the order. Look upon the face of god.” (Nosgalia)

Just as he did once in the past, Nosgalia uttered his miracle-inducing divine words.

His body was enveloped in a dazzling light, and his magic power increased by an awful lot.

The demon body of Eldmade, which he had taken over, transformed like it was turned inside out.

He now had golden hair and fiery red Magic Eyes.

Then, wings of light composed of particles of magic sprouted on his back.

The earth rumbled, and Delsgade quaked violently.

A tremendous amount of magic power was overflowing from Nosgalia.

It stirred the air and swayed the castle just by being there.

He resembled Jerga’s body of magic, but his was clearly something different.

The amount of magic power was so vast it was as if it had a mass, shaping his vessel like a genuine god.

“Avos Dilhevia did not gain control over the Abolisher of Reason. But the majority of the three-dimensional spell formula engraved on Delsgade hast been rewritten, and thou dost not have the sword either. Without the power of the Goddess of Destruction, thou are incapable of slaying a god.” (Nosgalia)

Standing there calmly, Nosgalia turned his red Magic Eyes on me.

“Know that all is futile in the face of order, Anos Voldigoad.” (Nosgalia)

“What are you babbling about?” (Anos)

As I said this, Shin stepped in front of me.

“Gods and order are but the rules of a trivial game before me. And you, Nosgalia, can’t even challenge me to it, let alone my right-hand man.” (Anos)

Shin flew through the air, and drew a magic circle.

Wrapped in a sinister torrent of magic power, he pulled the God Slasher Gneodoros from its center.

“I give you my deepest gratitude for your generosity, My Lord.” (Shin)

As he slowly readied Gneodoros, Shin spoke.

“For I now have the opportunity to avenge my late wife’s death with my very own hands.” (Shin)

“Destroy him without reserve. Never mind what happens next.” (Anos)

Facing Nosgalia, Shin held up his sword with one hand.

“Understood.” (Shin)

We had two main objectives.

Destroying the Heavenly Father Nosgalia without destroying the order of this world.

And destroying Avos Dilhevia without destroying Misa.

Behind me, Lay and Avos Dilhevia were confronting each other.

But I stayed out of their fight, and peered into Nosgalia’s abyss with my Magic Eyes.

Cautiously so, as if to uncover everything lurking inside his source.

“Heed my words, unenlightened Demon King and Disastrous God-Slaying Sword.” (Nosgalia)

Nosgalia spoke in a loud voice.

And suffer divine destruction, insolent peons.” (Nosgalia)

He struck us with his miracle-inducing voice.

Shin drew the Pillage Blade Gilionojes with his left hand, and faster than sound, cut down the Divine Words.

Shin kicked off the ground, and the next moment, he was already right in front of Nosgalia.

Before he could utter anything else, the God-Slasher had already impaled his heart.

However, Nosgalia wasn’t concerned in the least, as his body didn’t lose even a single drop of blood.

“The body of a god is absolute.” (Nosgalia)

At that moment, Shin’s magic power had completely run out.

“God-Slasher — Second Secret: Reaper.” (Shin)

His sword turned into a blade that killed gods and destroyed order.

He pushed the reddish-black blade of the God-Slasher, wrapped in rippling particles of magic, into Nosgalia’s chest.

“Guh…! Bfft…!” (Nosgalia)

Blood spilled from his heart, and his source was being gouged out by the <Reaper> blade.

“…O Disastrous God-Slaying Sword… foolish man… and miserable demon sword…” (Nosgalia)

Nosgalia’s blood dripped onto the floor.

Suddenly, it glowed golden.

Or rather, it was burning.

His dripping blood turned into golden flames, erupting vigorously from the ground.

“May the divine fire pass judgment on thee.” (Nosgalia)
