Yu Gangan quickly checked Zou Yuanquan’s schedule and discovered he was at one of the private hospitals that he held shares in. He was working in the outpatient clinic that afternoon. So, she decided to pay the man a visit after her lunch with Su Zijing.

Yu Gangan was stunned by the little boy’s affectionate response as she hugged him, “I missed you too.”

Su Zijing stood to the side and laughed as she looked at the two. Pretending to be jealous, she said, “In Haohao’s heart, you are now ranked ahead of me. He mentions you more than he mentions me. Even his teacher has been asking me who this ‘Dried Fish Sister’ ¹ is?”

Yu Gangan didn’t know whether to laugh or cry as she looked at Little Haohao and asked, “Why do you call me ‘Dried Fish Sister’?”

Little Haohao replied innocently, “Because dried fish is tasty and Big Sis is pretty, so ‘Dried Fish Sister’ is both pretty and tasty.”

After hearing his response, Yu Gangan and Su Zijing both erupted in laughter.

Su Zijing passed a menu to Yu Gangan, “Have a look and see what you want to eat. There’s no need to be polite.”

“Sister Su, I’m not being polite, so you shouldn’t be polite either. I will pay for this meal today,” Yu Gangan said with a smile as she held onto the menu.

“No, not today. I didn’t just call you out for a meal, I actually need your help to diagnose an illness.”

Su Zijing shook her head, “It’s not me. It’s a young woman that I know. She is roughly the same age as you, but she’s been sick for a few months already. She’s already seen a lot of famous doctors, but none of them have been able to help her. I don’t think your skills are any worse than theirs, so I thought you might have a solution.”

“That’s not a problem, I’ll do my best. Check when she’s free. She can come directly to the clinic to see me,” Yu Gangan agreed.

“Ever since she fell ill, her temper’s been a little strange, so she’s been refusing to see people, including doctors. You may need to go to her instead…” Su Zijing explained apologetically.

Yu Gangan quickly agreed again, “That’s OK, not a problem. I will have some time in the afternoon.”

“Great, I’ll give her family a phone call and tell them to send someone to greet you. After I take Haohao to pre-school, I’ll come to look for you,” Su Zijing said thankfully.

Next to Su Zijing, Little Haohao yelled, “I like chicken wings…”

Yu Gangan and Su Zijing both looked at the little boy and smiled.

It was a very enjoyable lunch.

However, Su Zijing had a question that she really wanted to ask. After hesitating for a while, she finally asked, “Gangan, the man we saw at your home the other day, is he your patient?”

Was Little Haohao right? Did Fang Zhihan live with Yu Gangan?
