Yu Gangan turned to leave but quickly realized that Fang Zhihan wasn’t moving. He had a cold expression on his face as he stared firmly in front of him, his eyes icy without a trace of warmth.

Yu Gangan was a little stunned.

A moment later, her eyelids jumped in realization.

Previously, she had thought she was being paranoid and was scaring herself, but now that she looked at it, it seemed, someone was indeed following her.

“Come out,” Fang Zhihan’s voice suddenly turned cold like an icy winter breeze that could pierce through a person’s bones.

A moment later, a figure appeared from behind some shrubs.

The estate was dark, so it was hard to see who the person was.

At that moment, the lights suddenly turned on and the entire estate lit up again.

The sudden brightness made Yu Gangan squint her eyes. After her eyes adjusted to the light, she turned back to look at the person that had followed her.

The person was dressed all in black, looking mysterious with a black hat and a black surgical mask.

Anyone that didn’t know, would think it was a big celebrity that was afraid of being caught on camera.

Yu Gangan looked at the person in confusion, trying to guess who it was, “You are…”

As the person got closer, Yu Gangan finally recognized who it was, “Lin Jiayu?”

Her mouth twitched a little, “Why are you following me so late at night? Don’t you know it’s scary?”

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you,” Lin Jiayu said quietly, her clear eyes looking apologetic.

Since she apologized so quickly, Yu Gangan had no reason to blame her, so she asked, “Are you looking for me because you want a consultation?”

Lin Jiayu stared at Yu Gangan and asked, “Can we sit down and chat?”

“Yes.”

Yu Gangan nodded her head and invited Lin Jiayu into her home.

Inside the brightly lit apartment, it was particularly quiet. All that could be heard was the faint ticking of a clock.

Yu Gangan took a sip of tea and looked at Lin Jiayu.

She had already been sitting at home for almost half an hour without saying a word. Her gaze was cold without a trace of emotion.

From the looks of it, this woman wasn’t here for a consultation.

After Yu Gangan put down her teacup, she began to peel an orange. As a polite gesture, she offered some to Lin Jiayu.

He was putting down an order for their guest to leave.

Yu Gangan put down the orange in her hands and smiled at Lin Jiayu awkwardly.

For once, she felt that Fang Zhihan was quite thoughtful.

Honestly, if Miss Lin had something to say, she really should say it, if not, then get lost.

Lin Jiayu looked at Fang Zhihan questioningly. Her eyes were sharp as though she was trying to see through him. After a short moment, she turned away unhappily.

With a slight frown, she said to Yu Gangan coldly, “A love that’s aim isn’t marriage is indecent.”

Why was she suddenly saying this out of the blue?

What did this have to do with their consultation?

Yu Gangan opened her big round eyes and turned to look at Fang Zhihan.

She didn’t know how to respond.

Fang Zhihan looked at her coldly, “Stupid.”

This word was firm and cold like a layer of frost was wedged between it. After he was done speaking, he turned and returned to the bedroom.
