Well, I was reading Omniscient Reader's viewpoint and there was a collab with this novel. Which chapter is it? Where this novel Mc was searching for Big brother but he found Kim dokja (Mc of ORV). This novel mc mistakes Kim dokja for Big brother and tires to kill him. Star stream/ Fourth Wall said that This mc was in the universe for more than 7 billions years and he was older than them. Anybody know which chapter is it?

Not bad, it starts out very conventional but it tries to subvert some of the tropes here and there. Some things I'd have like to see improved (some character feel a bit under utilised and not fleshed out enough, lot of the fights are a bit bland). Loved the world building... wished there was even more of it. The ending might be a bit of a problem for some since it isn't explicitly happy everything tied up with a bow (but remember ouroboros). Yeah overall I'd say worth a read if that's your thing. They're also making a Manhwa of this, so maybe check that out?

I mean that seems how the author writes endings in general, based off this and orv as well.

Spoiler AlertMC defeats Big Brother, the worlds of Great Lands, Chaos and Depth get fused together and the Tree get destroyed so travel to the remote worlds is cut off. MC ends of in the Nightmare of Beginnings. We don't really get a good explanation of it, but is appears to be a regular world without gods, system or super powers. MC spends 11 years there until he regains his Unique World and learn how to bring others into it. We then pick up with the Nightmare Girl and she gives us a bit more on how the world has changed. People now grow old, and after several decades the characters we knew grow old and die. Nightmare Girl is still looking for MC and theorises that he is in the Nightmare of the Beginning which is located in the remote realms which can no longer be accessed because the tree is gone. She uses a remaining root piece from the Tree to create a tower and the MC is able to leave the Nightmare of the Begging via the new tower.

I see... I was hoping this wasn't case, because I was interested after reading the manhwa and decided to look for the novel. I'm not a fan of sad stories when life is already one big tragedy, thanks for warning me. Would've read 100% if it weren't sad, my heart can't take bad ends.

It's not really sad though... Spoiler AlertSome of the characters grow old and die. That's probably the saddest part, but the MC does win at the end and even reappears ready to have another adventure.

Thank you!!! This sadness is okay for me, as I have read similar mangas/novels, especially one regarding an elf who remembers her old war comrades who fought against evil, but has to attend their funerals because of... well she outlived them after peace prevailed. Its sad certainly, but as long as I know it isn't a tragedy, it gives me more than enough reason to read it. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

Why do all the characters I love fall comatose or die. All my very favorites always have something happen to them. Is it just the fate of being the best character that makes the story remove them? Just… damnit I so wanted a certain Spoiler Alert lovable nudist goddess to live on. Why couldn’t it have been a permanent thing!? Me realizing I’ll eventually see manhwa her: “we’ll meet again, don’t know where, don’t know when, but I know we’ll meet again some sunny day. ”

Spoiler AlertQuestion 7 : Is there a possibility for rebirth? Answer : As the meaning of the title suggested, it is possible for rebirth. If you died on Great Land, your soul goes to Chaos. The Fruit only reconstructs your body on Great Land. If you died on Chaos, the silvery ashes left behind returns to the Tree of Imagery and possibly reincarnates in other worlds such as Distant Worlds and Great Land (people do get pregnant on Great Land) (this is debatable), but it is certainly that your ego is destroyed without the relevant [Setting] such as reincarnation (No account of people having memories from previous lives except Budda).

Spoiler AlertQuestion 6 : Why time is so weird during the MC's travels to the dimension where Big Brother is and the Earth? Answer : Time gone haywire only on two places literally the farthest away from the Tree of Imagery, the Nightmare of Beginning and the highest point from which the entirety of Tree of Imagery can be seen. So, it can be concluded that the Tree of Imagery stabilize the time the nearer it is to the center. And in the New World, the Tree is literally destroyed so MC took such a long time to travel from Earth to New World.
