    Chapter 4 doesn't make any sense why the pastor ordered lucien instead of guards?? even though the guards is also going too??

      It’s about a guy named Lucien and his journey to the top. There’s romance and he’s loyal, ig. It’s mostly fantasy, adventure and action. He travels to many places and becomes more powerful. He has several identities and a teacher. From the summary, u can tell he transmigrated into the new world and he was originally a modern man. Btw, I didn’t finish the novel; I’m on chapter 550.

      In terms of writing yes. The story might bore some people as there are not as many action as LOTM. However, i am very intrigued with the world building and character development of our main character, Lucien Evan

    I stopped reading midway through. Ill probably come back again to finish or at least read the parts that do interest me at some point but who knows when. Ironically and this is just for me, i think the author did a poor job with the magic system. It felt like the MC was only using artifacts for the first 500 chapters and it wasnt actually his strength. Second, and this might be in all magic novels, im not sure, but it felt like everyone was using the same magic and that the MC and everyone else knew what they were going to use before it happened. It felt like a chess game which i didnt like. The positve points are, unexpectedly, is the ground breaking new theses. And with all the head exploding.
