At which chapter does this become good? I stopped at 20 and up until now it's been only cringe moments and the Author constantly talking about how intelligent and cold the MC is, but he hasn't done anything to prove so and instead wasted a lot of money for virtually nothing.

The rank distribution in this novel is broken, like in s17 of Apex legends where like 70% of the players were masters, in this novel half of the characters we meet are at the SS rank, a random teacher who's going to teach year 1 students is SS rank, the lady who protects the MC is an SS ranked, and not counting the random SS ranked in the background of each chapter, at this point we have see more SS hunters than E, F, D, C, B and A hunters.
I really want to read similar kind of novel but can't find one for now. In need of some recommendations - Mc should be smart to not atleast look like child trying to become hero. - I don't like harem Novels like sword god in world of magic, I will kill the author, author's pov, RI, bloody hit novel anything similar to it will be appreciated
After reading non human anti hero MC then reading this, its really good read. It's a good novel to read when you have the right state of mind of what you are reading. Just like overlord, some people hate the MC to the bone literally. But the way the story narrated is very concise and neatly/orderly. P.S. I heard I could get banned if I mention other novels in other novels pages. Admin please don't ban me 😅 I just use it for analogy.
Been reading this for some time now. I can say that it’s pretty good. Don’t let the comments discourage you. Could be better though, author drags the later arcs for no valuable reason
[REVIEW:] If you like the usual anti-hero, edgy, emontionless MC with a cringe title, you might like this novel. The whole plot is very straightforward and generic so don't expect to see some crazy plot twists or mind boggling revelations or something. Asher, the MC, is one-dimensional in terms of personality and just your run-off-the-mill anti-hero MC. The author kept emphasizing Asher's perfect appearance, cold demeanor which annoys the hell out of me especially his intelligence which he really is not, the so-called "villains" are just plain dumb fcks. The side characters are bland and uninteresting except those who are close to Asher like Damian or his grandfather Nathan. The world building is so-so. The power scaling is favored on Asher of course. – Overall, I rate it 7/10. Good read when you turn off your brain and for passing time but most definitely not deserving of Rank 7 in terms of plot and depth. There are way more novels deserving of this rank but not given any attention.
