Ze Tian Ji (Way of Choices)

I just read the first 50 chapter so all i can say that its very interesting and have solid writing but at the same time the mc behaviour is not very much to my liking because he wanted to live and cultivate quietly but at the same time didn't want give something that didn't benefit and instead harm him just because he was very stubborn so i feel the novel is not for me

I finished reading it on another site. But it seems my view of the novel has changed a lot. I will still give it 5 stars, BUT, this is how I personally view it In the beginning you look down on the mountains from above and see how beautiful they are. Free of imperfections the smooth shape slowly guides your eyes over the wonderous view. You stare transfixed and your gaze begins to see some deformities in the mountains' form but that's okay, imperfection is the soul of the earth. An earthquake occurs. The mountains shake. The landscape alters. A crack appears on the mountain, splitting it in two. It's the most amazing thing you've seen in your life and the monumental sights that you just observed leave you in awe. The mountain, now split in two entices you, engages you. This is great, what a wonderful feeling. You smell something strange, it's coming from the crack! The smell wakes you from the spell you were under. Were you looking at the mountain from above? Why does it seem as though you are below it? That's when you realise. You are looking at somebody squatting over you!! Those aren't mountains, they're asscheeks! You try to run. The smell gets worse. You can feel it, the end is near. The world turns dark. Outstanding novel. The ending just makes you feel as though you were standing under the most beautiful *ss as it slowly craps on what you loved.

Since the Great Reset removed my review, I'll do it again. This is a great novel and one of my favourite of all time. I love the MC and his relationship with the FL. All the characters felt unique and like real people. The one gripe I have tho is the ending since we didn't get to see MC's wedding, and also that it seemed like the setup for a new story and was left cut off. I wonder what all that was about. Anyways, I would totally recommend this. You won't be wasting your time

I have one word to describe the vibe the novel gives me and it's wholesome. Especially the way the male Mc and female Mc interact with each other. The Story is interesting. World building is kinda mid. But overall pretty solid novel.

No other words. Awesome. Thank you 'Daddy Mao Ni' for this journey. What's the good story? Sometimes this is a friend that helps you to traverse through the stars in long path called the life. This friend of mine was a true friend like a true person Chen Changsheng. Alas, it's time to say farewell and find a new friend . . .

I think this was yet another masterpiece from Mao Ni. It gripped me for probably 1100 chapters but then lost me a bit because it almost seemed like the author had run out of steam. The imagination required to design a totally different world with different systems for each of the three novels of his that I have read must be at genius level. As is usual for his novels, the love interest is very secondary, and this one was no exception. I tried watching the drama based on this, Fighter of Destiny, but couldn’t last more than 15 minutes! Daoist Ji was laughing with his pupils and Senior Brother was not injured in any way. This seemed so different from the whole tenet of the novel that I couldn’t watch any more!

This is one of my faves because of how the plot progressed and also because the main character is very refreshing. If there's one thing I didn't like about this novel, it would be how the ending wasn't like an ending at all. Still, the process is much more important than the result in my end so nonetheless, I still enjoyed it very much as the process was very much fulfilling that even the lacking ending was not that much of a bother for me.

Every Mao Ni novel, if properly translated is masterpiece.

Read his other works too.the way he writes is in itself too good and refreshing.It is his own style and an inspiration to writers also.Appeal to emotions and psyche at its best.

It's one of the best written eastern books I've ever read with amazing plot, character development, worldbuilding it has all of these and it's fantastic one of my favorite books of all time

Thoroughly enjoyed for the first thousand chapters, dear God did the ending fall short. To the point that I consider it almost as bad as the ones I was reading that see on hiatus...
