I've had this novel in my library a while now and I've been putting it off, going so far as to search for other less talked about novels to read. Why? well because I don't want to be disappointed. But now even Gigguk is talking about it and as such I believe that it is time I take the plunge. Deep breath and... Dive.
someone tell me if I should still read this I've read the manwha but I think I got spoiled that the mc dies or something idk anything about it though or how it happens if it does should I still read or what? please don't spoil just tell me if it's still worth reading

i just notice this novel got into the top 20, really deserves its position ngl i remember when i was reading this its not even in the top 100 back then TwT, really deserves its spot🔥🐐
Im currently halfway through the novel, and here is what I have to say. While I very much enjoyed the book it does have some pretty big downsides(for me). The world building while wide seems a bit weak and scattered barely holding up the novel. The setting also changes a little to much to truely settle down and get an idea of what's going on. Powerscaling is sporadic and hinestly a little to fast. Power levels are also unclear as one scene mc kills a giga god and the next he gets sh*t on by a low grade dude. Also the mentality and charitarictsics of characters can change dramatically at times with no real catylst which can be a bit confusing. Normaly I would be sh*tt*ng on a book that does this cuase the book would be trash but somehow dispite many of these things I am enjoying this greatly. While for me it might not match up to a plethora of S tier novels it is no worse than a high A trier novel. And I would suggest over many S tier novels when looking for a more casual read.
This is more of a philosophical or emotional novel then an action one. I didn't like it that much its just not my cup of tea it was normal not bad not good. I think its hype is mainly due to the exellent quality of its manhwa. If it hadn't been picked up as manhwa i think most people wouldn't read the novel as well. Now anime adaptation is in the works its all because of manhwa quality. The Author's POV is a similar novel but it is better rhan ORV. It would have more hype if it had a manhwa like ORV
