The slow progress in realms is manly because the power-system is completely training focused rather than resource-based so training can't be time-skipped. Usually in cultivation novels Authors can time-skip 500+ years of grinding since all MC needs to do is cultivate, gather qi in dantain and progress, so the training arc can be summarized in one line like "MC ate ying-yang pill and cultivated for 500 years and broke through." But this novel is complete science based martial novel where the only way to progress is by training and creating new martial arts unique to your martial path. And each new technique needs some source of inspiration, a training model with planning, followed by an elaborate training arc. And training-arcs in this novel are the BEST. The novel is slow but not lazy, author could had definitely time-skipped training arcs but then the technique would be way less impactful to readers.
does this has romance or harem? I really don't want to read another harem novel
I would like to ask all of your opinion. I heard from a friend that read thr novel that the progression is incredibly slow, to the point the protagonists spends +800 chapters on a single low-level cultivation realm. I have tl ask, is it really that serious, or the cultivation realm is divided in sub-realms or something? Because honestly 800 chapters is ridiculous. For me one of thr biggest points in a progression type power fantasy is exactly the growth in power of the protagonist over the course of the story. However, +800 chapters is basically another novel.
great novel, it would probably be better, but as for chapter, nearly 500, i feel complicated, i it is a very interesting, well made novel which i am enyoing, but at the same time it bores me, idk
Ngl, the info dumps were genuinely insane during the first 100 chapters. I thought it was an exaggeration at first, but even I, with my profound cultivation and wisdom as deep as the ocean, could barely get through it. That being said, if you do manage to get through those, you're in for something truly amazing. You can tell the author put a lot of thought into this by the info dumps and all the small details in the fights, too. I'm impressed. This is amazing. I reckon it would easily be top 5 on this site if the info dumps didn't scare away 70% of the readers.
